My glasses fit great and the prescription is correct. The shipment time was fast. I live in Canada so I thought it would take longer than it did, so I was pleasantly surprised.

The frames that i ordered are in backorder... the company Never notify me until I called Them... they still in backorder i keep calling them...
In the midtime i ordered another pair of frames and my prescription were not correct...
Always wanted a pair of Persol "Steve McQueens" but since I wear prescription lenses, I thought the price would be prohibitive. THEN I found EZContacts.com. I have since purchased TWO pairs of Persols from you and have been nothing but pleased. I would recommend EZContacts to anyone!

I ordered contacts on 2/8/2017. Today is 3/1/2017 and I've yet to receive my contacts. EZContacts told me it was USPS problem, but USPS tracker shows that my item did not arrive at the post office until 2/23.
Watch out! This site sells out of stock items. I bought a prescription eyeglasses (Carrera 58mm) on February 6th. I made contact with the store on February 20 and was informed that the glasses were out of stock. Attendant Kathy said that I could wait until February 28 that he would be sent. On February 28 I contacted the store again and was informed that maybe on March 20th they could have the merchandise I ordered. Anyone who asks for prescription glasses can not wait so long and the store continues to advertise the product as if it were in stock for sale. They tried to offer me in another color or another size, but I made a choice when I made the purchase and that choice has to be respected. The worst thing about the problem was the store did not make contact to let me know that there was not the product in stock and the dates that could receive the product. I had to buy it at another store and pay to make and send my prescription glasses as soon as possible. I do not recommend! Beware of this shop! Extremely disrespectful to the customer!

Love the The work EZcontact's did with my prescription sun and eyeglasses. Quality designer frames. When they arrived, I was excited to try them on and they fit perfectly. I just filled out my prescription on the website. I actually had a prescription filled by my coverage as well. I am more happy with the pairs that I purchased from EZ.

The transition lens take way too long to clear and don't clear all the way when you are inside. This is a pain because everything is darker
I wish I could give 0 stars but it is not an option. I ordered my husband some Versace shades over the Holidays and the shipping was such a hassle. Finally, the problem was rectified and I received them on time for Christmas so I decided to give them another chance and order my Versace frames from here in time for my opthamology appointment and after taking my money, I get an email that they will not ship until March 20-April 10! Today is February 27th! I am so mad I am shaking! Why take a customer's money without the product on hand? WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
It's a no brained. I went to a local shop and found the glasses I wanted. Purchased them on Ezcontacts at half the cost
It was just all around a great experience! Choices of many varieties. Customer service was great and it got to me so much quicker then expected.
Good prices but the shipping is extremely slow! I live in NJ and the company is in NY... it says ships in same day but my order has yet to ship and that was over a week ago. Highly disappointed

Finally got my frames after more than a month. Wasn't informed frames were "out of stock" until AFTER I ordered them. Would be helpful to have some notification on the website when there is a temporary out-of-stock situation.
I ordered my contacts on 2/2/17 and here it is 2/23/17 and still no contacts. I called customer service and was told that they have been sitting at UPS since 2/16/17. I know it does not take UPS a week to ship in the US!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
