I received my glasses in no time best customer service! I would buy there for my wife as well. Price is something i look close before i shop and they were the best priced.
Did not Order my on March 7, February 20 or so. I did not hear anything until I called on March 7. I received them that same week. Someone goofed. However, I love my glasses and will probably order more.
I was very hesitant to order glasses from this site, however was extremely pleased with the quality!
Liars, they claim to ship quickly but in fact they delay. Furthermore when you complain they tell you it will ship the next day. You check up on that and all they do is preprint a shipping label. They don't ship it for another 2-3 days. Overall about 3 weeks to delivery for me might be a bit quicker if you are not on the west coast but only a couple of days. Bunch of liars.
I was very pleased with the service and eyeglasses I received from EZ Contacts. They were perfect. I will definitely order from them again.
The prices are great, as for the service they need to work on it. I paid for 3-5 day shipping delivery but received my glasses 1 month after. They updated my delivery nothing to "express" but is arrived 7-8 days later. No too please with the service and not sure if I will order again because of the headache of talking to customer service multiple time.
I am disappointed with my experience. My order was shipped and received later than the promised shipping time. A mistake was made on my order so I had to return it for an exchange. I spoke with a representative about fixing the problem and they said the changes would be no problem and at no cost to me. Then after my return was received I got an email saying the changes were only possible at a higher cost and longer shipping time. There's been one problem after another and this process has been going on for a month now. I finally just asked for a refund and I am taking my business else where.
You guys scammed me and double charged me, and took an unacceptable amount of time to respond to me. When I eventually got a response I felt like I was talking to a child, and got no resolution in fact you guys said you'd get back to me but never did.
I wanted to receive 2 glasses at the same time but received only 1 and the other came almost a month after. If you dont have a pair in your inventory your online retail should update itself accordingly.
I love my new glasses. If you can't wait to have them get them rush delivered. They fit perfectly. Super eSy process.
My glasses look amazing and the packaging was high end. I will definitely order from here again. The only complaint is the speed of delivery. I had to call 3 times to get updates on the status as I was naturally anxious to receive my new glasses. All in all I'm pleased with my purchase.
It took 4 weeks to receive my order. After two weeks went by without receiving a shipping notification I called to check the status, and it sounded like my frames hadn't even been ordered. If I hadn't called I don't think they ever would have been prompted to fill my order. No expediting after the fact, so it was 4 weeks from order to receipt.
I guess no one can beat the prices but shipping time what makes me think twice for my next purchase.
I have purchased three pairs of glasses for three different family members. Very easy to enter Rx (and just take a picture of actual Rx and upload). Quick shipping and excellent quality.
I've ordered about a dozen times and years ago I had one bad experience which a manager remedied. The last 3 orders have been awful... seems they are selling frames that are discontinued and then there are extended delays, poor communication and I must not be the only one because the hold time is through the roof. Time to find a new eyeglass resource.
I was nervous ordering contacts online for the first time. EZContacts was the cheapest site (by far) so I went ahead with my order. Dispite all the negtive comments, I had a very easy, quick experience. I ordere my contact on 3/12 at night and recieved them in the mail today 3/17. They were shipped 1 day priority even though I choose standard shipping. Ordering the contacts was very easy. Uploading my prescription was also very easy. Will order from here again.
I really liked the outcome of the prescription glasses that I received from EZContacts.com. The glasses work perfectly, they fit perfectly, and they came with all the extra goodies. I recommended them to a friend and I will be buying more soon. The only thing that I did not like was that it took a while to receive (about 2 weeks) and I did not like the idea of waiting that long.
I told everyone I know how wonderful EZContscts were to order.

This site is great for cheap glasses. The down side was that they took over a month to finally come in, and when they did they were bent. I did have decent communication with customer service. I sent an email and approximately 3-4 days later they where in contact.
The process took an unusually long time to execute and deliver. The logistics and coordination was not acceptable.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
