After waiting a full month to receive these frames. I received them and the Jimmy Choo plastic frame was so warped, they don't sit on a face evenly, nor do they look even at any angle. I cannot believe that these made it past any type of quality control. I notifed you within minutes of receiving these of the defect and you want to charge me 35% fee for returning a pair of glasses that cannot even be worn! This is absolutely absurd. I I wish that I could post the pictures here of how bad they really were. You can never reach anyone by phone. Always on hold forever. You never return emails. I should not be charge anything, you were told about the defect and my experiences how been so horrible, why would I want to re-order with you? Seriously? Please no one ever buy from this company. Horrible experience. I have ordered glasses on line from coastal contacts many times. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They just did not have the frames that I was interested in. What I huge mistake ordering from ezcontacts.com. Be aware and look else where!
First time purchase from EZContacts. I was contacted by a tech named Eddie regarding a question with my prescription. He treated me like a family member. Took a little longer than I expected to receive my glasses, buth they are beautiful. The package came with a beautiful case and extra cleaning supplies. Wonderful Thanks again Eddie for going that extra mile :).

You cannot beat the prices for what you get. Very good quality lenses and spot on prescription. Don't hesitate to purchase from this site, as long as you don't mind waiting a little while longer than buying locally and know that the frames are for you. It's worth it. I have purchased 3 pairs of name brand glasses from this site. All have been genuine and exactly what I would have gotten locally, but at a fraction of the price. I can't say enough good things about this company.
I purchased some prescription glasses on their website. The frames were in stock at the time and they failed to inform me that the frames were backordered which delayed my order. When they finally came in, they still had to go to the lab to be fitted for prescription lenses. When I called to find out the status they told me they were done and they would be sent out the next day. I had to call them back to find out they weren't going to be sent out until a week later. So overall it took them 3 1/2 weeks to get to me. Horrible lying customer service. Overall the frames and lenses don't even feel worth the price.
I ordered my prescription glasses on March 2nd and today is the 27th. After asking about their progress they responded in saying it would take another two weeks because the color I wanted was not in stock. Mind you, they already told me that the frame was out of stock from their provider. Why do you have it online as available when it's not? Good prices? Yes. Crap service? DEFINITELY. Not worth it. Save your money and get glasses from a trusted company so you don't have to go a whole 2 months without being able to see.
My Glasses were promised to be shipped within 2-4 business day. But ended up taking over 10 business days. Extremely disappointed with EZ contacts.
I will NEVER recommend or use this company again. I ordered glasses. Never got a shipping notice after a week so I contacted via email & was ensured they were in progress. I was then told a couple days later it took them 7 days to receive the frames but that they were going to make sure I got them before I left for a trip by express mail. I didn't get them in time. I called & sat in the phone with a representative for 32 mins (made sure she had my cell # just in case anything happened) she hung up on me & never called back. I came home from my trip a week later & still didn't have my glasses. I sent a lengthy email & no one responded or contacted me. 5 weeks after purchase I received my sunglasses and got ahold of a manager over the phone. I was refunded a measly 15% of my purchase -as if that compensated for my major inconvenience & their terrible service.
Easy transaction, received the product quickly, and with extras that the boutique optometrist doesn't even provide, and it was less than 1/2 the price! Couldn't be more pleased.
Using the website was so easy. I even received a call afterwards to make sure all was well. But... the wait was to long. After abouy a month, I got a little nervous and sent a follow-up email " where are my glasses? Thought the site was a fraud. "Now, that I have them I love them! I would use this site again.
Glasses were in perfect condition and prescription on cue. Wish it would have came quicker but it wasn't that long of a wait

I first purchase my sunglasses from you pay for them and wait and wait for them then I find out they never got shipped. The sunglasses I FINALLY GET get are really cheap looking and are the wrong ones they don't even fit my face so i send them back via UPS and kathy says you can't find the ones I sent back. Not my fault. I have been emailing back and forth with a woman named "Kathy" her email is *******@ezcontactsusa.com. Well she emails me basically it's all my fault and I probably have the other pair of sunglasses. I don't steal and I can't even wear the sunglasses because they don't even fit my face, I was shocked by her response. All I wanted was my GUCCI 4250/N/S. OJ5G/ED GOLD) (ED BROWN GRADIENT LENS). That's it. You have the sunglasses and my money. I'm very upset.
I'm an avid online shopper and i must say this site exceeded all my expectations, customer service was extremely courteous and responsive, i was walked through the entire ordering process, and their amazing prices and quick shipping made my shopping experience a breeze, will definitely buy from them again and refer to anyone i know. It is a good quality item but it took about 3 weeks to be shipped out
There is a little dent on one of the lenses, i had to keep them like that since i really need them it took too long to be shipped i can not send them back for the lense to be replaced
I ordered Versace VE1235 eyeglasses frame using EZContactsUSA website on January 31,2017. First, I have received an automated email message from this company saying: The availability for the item has changed. The updated availability is now 15 or more business days (22 Feb - 15 Mar). I waited till February 24, but did not get my order or any order status update, so I had to contact customer service. Customer service representative told me that they are still waiting for manufacturer to ship it, and my frame will be available on March 17. I waited till March with the same result. On March 22, I had to call customer service again, but received the same standard answer that they are waiting for manufacturer to ship it. This time, I had to cancel my order because it was clear that they do not follow up on their order updates and are clueless regarding their order status, shipment dates or availability of their products. Back in January, EZContacts knew that they could not complete my order, yet they charged me the full price of the product on my credit card. I believe that taking a customer's money without the product on hand is a bad practice. They advertise many of their eyeglasses frames as if they are available to be shipped in 2-3 days or 4-5 days. In fact, 2-5 days may turn to be months or never to be available. This company mislead customers regarding their product availability. If the product is unavailable, it should not be advertised on their website or it should have a label saying: currently not available. They advertise many good-looking designers frames. In fact, high percentage of these frames is not in stock.
Loved the price. Customer service not so great and the shipping was horrible. It took over a month for receive them. I did finally get them and they are great. Very happy now.
Frames were super flimsy and cheap like out of a dollar store. Prescription lenses was not correct, blurry. They refused to give me a full refund and kept 60.00. Dishonest company offering horrible products. Go elsewhere

I ordered 2 eyeglasses and paid for the fastest shipping about a month ago. I just received 1 and am still waiting for the other.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
