I ordered a pair of Kate Spade (Nea) in Cherry Red around March 6,2017. I finally received a pair of glasses around March 21,2017. Unfortunately for me they were the wrong glasses. I spoke with someone from EZContacts and she was kind enough to email me a return form. I forwarded everything on March 21,2017, which was the same day I received the incorrect glasses. This problem was due to a mistake on your end and here it is April 3rd and I have not only not received my glasses but I have not heard anything from you except for this Review of my shopping experience with EZContacts. I am perplexed as this is your business and any glasses that I have purchased in the past have been received sometimes within an hour of purchase. I have looked so forward to this particular frame and my question is why haven't I received them or why hasn't anyone contacted me as to what's happening with my order. It seems to me that if I ran a company who had made a mistake in an order that they would go out of their way to expedite the original order as soon as possible. I would appreciate some input as to what's happening on my order.
The ordering process was quick and easy. The customer service was awesome, every time I emailed a question, I received a response back quickly. I received my eyeglasses two days ago, and I would like to say that I was very impressed with the packaging of my eyeglasses and how fast the shipment was. I would definitely be ordering from the company again! Thank You!
Overnighted my shipment for free because of a website technical difficulty for me to place an order. I called and the guy gave me the lowest price (a third of Sunglass Hut's) and free overnight FedEx. SUPER PLEASED!
It took 3wks for my product to arrive. I called customer service only to be lied to. I asked why haven't I received a tracking number for my order and I was that my glasses was in the lab as we speak and they would be finished in the next 30 minutes and shipped out the next day. That didn't happen... it was the following when I received a tracking number. So, it took 3wks for item to arrived.
I paid for 2nd day shipping, 2 weeks later and I still don't have the product. If they don't have it in stock, they don't let you know it will be longer until after you order.
I purchase all my eyeglasses from EZContacts, however the last pair (Burberry), the temples were loose and wobbly. Not the best purchase.
I bought what I consider to be a very expensive pair of prescription sunglasses here (total cost was over $250 for the pair). The lenses alone were more than $90 and the only option that I chose was getting them polarized. Any other options (thinner lenses, glare resistance, etc.) pushed the cost into ludicrous territory.
When the glasses arrived the lenses had jagged edges as if the tech cut them and stuck them into the frames without de-burring them first, a total lack of concern. They looked AWFUL so I had to very carefully remove all the rough edges myself; I should have sent them back for a refund. Additionally, the lenses didn't really fit into the frames well at all and are loose. Finally, the tint on the lenses isn't in the glass (or plastic) iteself, but is just a film on top of a clear lens. So it looks strange as well, with a clear lens against the black frame.
I'm VERY disappointed and won't be buying prescription sunglasses here again; especially since I paid a premium for them.
They can't do mirrored prescription lenses. I wanted prescription lenses so they subbed in non mirrored lenses which were slightly tinted. They were not tinted enough to function as sunglasses, so I paid return shipping to send them back to be corrected and they were shipped back to me completely clear. What the heck. And during this whole process I was communicating with a customer service person. They have totally screwed this up. Not recommended at all for prescription sunglasses.
My glasses arrived in great condition. The price was the best I could find as I did my research! Thank you for the seamless transaction.
I ordered a pair of glasses at a really resonable price and according to their shipping time I assumed I would receive them fairly quickly. However, that was not the case. It took me 2.5 weeks to receive my glasses from my order date. When I would inquire about when they would ship I would get the response that they are filling the prescription. I'm unsure how somewhere such as lenscrafters can fill a script in 1 hour, yet this place takes two weeks. I would have been fine with this time line if I was told it would take this long when placing my order. My previous glasses I ordered from www.pretavoir.co.uk/us/ and I received them in 3 days AND THEY ARE IN THE UK!
Also, upgrade your lenses and pay the extra money for the anti glare coating, I have never added that to any of my previous lenses, but these have a horrible glare. I would rather pay full price and get my glasses in a timely manner next time I am shopping for glasses. Will not shop with this company again.
Great deals, great products. I saved over $180 compared to what the eye doctor wanted for the exact same pair of glasses.
Service was excellent, all my questions were answered promptly. Product was perfect! I am extremely happy and I will be a return customer.
They are exactly what I expected and came in the coordinating brand case. Price was 1/4 what my normal eye doctor's office was going to charge me for the same frame and comparable lenses.
I was looking to purchase prescription sunglasses online. After going through all the reviews I was a little weary to purchase from ezcontacts, but the experience couldn't have been easier or more stress free. I placed my order and uploaded my prescription and within ten days the glasses made it to my door and are perfect!
Not bad I love my frames just wished they at least emailed you when three frames are taking 3 weeks longer then expected. Not sure if I'll be using this company again!
Frames were a little loose but they give u a mini eye glass kit!
I placed an online order 2 weeks ago for a pair of glasses that were in stock. The status sat idle (order processing) for 4 days before I called, when I did the person I spoke with advised that they were in the lab getting the prescription lenses fitted and that it could be 4 days depending on my prescription but mine was quite simple and they should ship in 2 days and I would have had them either last Friday or this past Monday. Then 2 days later I received an email saying my glasses arrived and had just been sent to the lab and this process usually takes 6 days. I replied immediately questioning this because I was told something completely different 2 days earlier. I never heard back until I called almost a week later quite disappointed and wanted a direct answer. I received my glasses today and and they look nice but are of poor quality. The lenses feel as though they are not secure in the frame, they make noises when you move the arms to put them on and there is a distinct feature that is on the bridge part of the frame, 1 on each side. They do not align, 1 is higher then the other and as soon as I tried them on it was all I could notice. Im disappointed because I have to return them not due to my own fault and now I may only be refunded 50% on the cost of the lens.
I got what I paid for. Good prices but horrible service. Took 11 days, 1 email and 1 phone call to finally get my order to ship. When I spoke to customer service they didn't understand why my order didn't ship, Was promised the order would ship that day and I should have the contacts the next day. The next day is when I finally got email that order shipped with a 3 - 5 day expedited shipping. Will not order from this company again.
This is so bad, that I have to now dispute my charges, and order my glasses elsewhere. I ordered, called, emailed, tried to live chat. Nothing. The only thing I got was an email thanking me for my order and confirming that I had already paid... Oh and some spam telling me how wonderful they were. I will work with a company when there is a problem. All I needed was some communication. This is malfeasance. This is not a good company. I now wonder if they they don't make their own knockoff forgeries.
March 3rd I placed an order for contacts. By 14 March they had not shown up yet I called customer service and was told they didn't understand why they had not shown up but they called the manufacturer and they were handling and it was being shipped out right away. However by the 28th I still have not received my order so I called customer service again I would like to complement Leo the customer service gentleman that helped me this time he was in credibly helpful follow-through took ownership of the situation as it turned out they never shipped the first or the second time because they were on back order no one informed me of this. Leo has follow through and found my script in Florida and had them shipped waiting again
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
