I found these guys by searching the web. I had a terrible experience with LensCrafters and vowed never to order there or step in that store after my recent eye exam. I give EZ contacts a 4 instead of a 5 because they could have been a bit more proactive with follow up. It took me over 14 days to get my glasses. I had to call 2 times to follow up myself. To find out that the order was just sent to production for the lens. If an email was sent alerting me of each process would have been a bit better. But every business has room for improvement. And hopefully this review helps the company work towards making small but beneficial improvements. However, my glasses look fantastic! My lenses are crisp and clear and no imperfections. I really love the quality of work from these guys and will with no doubt recommend them and order again!
Also, their customer service reps are all great! Very polite and eager to assist! Customer friendly and focused makes them top notch!
I received the wrong glasses and had to pay shipping to send them back. I haven't heard from the company on when my correct glasses will be shipped or if I will be reimbursed shipping cost due to their error. So far I'm disappointed maybe after receiving the correct pair my review will change.
Excellent from the time I ordered to the time I received the glasses. The frames were better than the picture and it came with great accessories. Love the glasses
It took 15 days to receive my one day shipping package. I called everyday with each customer service representative informing me the package was in the mail. It wasn't until I asked for a refund or compensation for my inconvenience that I received an email confirmation from FEDEX that my package was shipped.
I ordered a pair of regular sunglasses and paid extra for immediate delivery. Two days later I get a notification that the sunglasses are not in stock and that the delay is 7-10 business days. 12 days go by and I get no further notifications. I write two emails asking for an update - no response. I call them and wait for 1 hour to speak to somebody. They tell me the glasses are not in stock and i'll have to wait 7-10 business days - I finally cancel the order and order from somewhere else. Last time I will use EZContacts, nothing easy about this...
The product that arrived in my mailbox was exactly what I had thought, if not more. The frame was complete with extra lenses, lens cleaner and warranty. The frame feels good on my face, too. Downside? To receive the frame, I had to wait longer than I had planned to (partly because the product I ordered ab initio was no longer in stock)
Love the glasses. Just had to wait longer to get them than I had been led to believe. Talked to the company when I had an unrelated question about my order, and was xferred to a customer service agent who told me, when asked, that my glasses were ready and would be shipping out that very day. Then, an entire week later, I got an email saying my glasses were shipping out THAT day. A bit disapointing...
I got my sunglasses within a week, and I LOVE them. And YES they were real Burberry sunglasses. Then I got my regular glasses not too long after, rx was correct and they did have the anti glare like I ordered. And YES again, they were real Burberry glasses this time too. Both came with the real cases and authenticity papers. They both came with EZ contacts lenses cleaning spray and cloths! Along with little tools to tighten your own glasses if need be. I'm already thinking about ordering another pair of glasses.
Much cheaper than if I bought my glasses at the eyeglasses physical store.
I went to the store, tried on frames. Picked the ones I wanted, wrote done the brand and number inside the ear piece, did a Google search it took me to the EZcontacts site.
I waited almost a month to receive my glasses and never got any feedback as to why it was taking so long unless I emailed customer service. At times the customer service response was prompt and sometimes no one ever emailed me back regarding my order, so I would have to email numerous times to get any information on my order. Overall I was really distasified with the service and won't be getting any glasses from here again.
Awful customer support, not timely or helpful. Product was delivered late and lenses were scratched.
It took a freaking month to get my delivery. I sent multiple emails trying to contact people but got generic responses weeks later. Plus they ignored my order. I'm very unsatisfied.
Excellent quality amazing prices. I wanted a pair of Versace glasses but a retail store had them for almost $500 I looked online and found this website and payed $107 for the same glasses amazing you cannot go wrong I highly recommend buying from this website.
Best deal that I could find, great quality. Not super fast processing / shipping, but comparable to local options.
Will make a longer story short. Placed an order for an item that appears to be in stock. Fast forward a week, I email EZ contacts for a status and timeline. Going back and forth over several emails, I they finally inform me that it could be weeks before I receive my order, as it is shipping from their manufacture. Really, ordering from this website/business is a waste of time unless you can wait for weeks, even months. The only good thing is, that is was fairly straightforward to cancel my order. Never again!
Eyeglasses frames arrived with the finish scratched off the front of the "painted" frames down to the bare metal. No quality control at all.

In MT BLACK/SPEED TINT UML RED for my trip to Paris. I wanted to showcase these incredible spectacle from Nike Lab USA & Zeiss of Germany at the Paris Marathon's Expo.
On top of free shipping, EZContact expedited the package to priority so I would received it four days prior to leaving! Professionally packaged including extra gifts like pen spray glass cleaner, portable eyeglass screw kit, and extra cleaning cloth. I am very pleased with what I'd receive & EZContact customer service and would buy from them again!
There were order delays and what I thought were phony excuses to my telephone inquiries. However, in the end the company went above & beyond. My Versace prescription set up and order greatly exceeded my expectations.
I bought contacts- two prescriptions, and glasses.
First order of contacts was super fast. Then nothing...
My contacts took almost 2 weeks. Same with the glasses, which they state on their site are available in 2-3 days. Gave some excuse that the glasses had to come from the vendor. Okay, so you notify the customer and let them decide if you want to proceed. I emailed every day, complaint on FB and I wasn't alone there. Eventually I got my orders. Can't tell if they're real or fake. Definitely would not recommend them and won't ever shop there again.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
