It took so long to receive my order. The customer service team lied about the time it would take to receive my order multiple times.
It started with my helpful online chat to select frames and lenses for my cycling purposes. I then completed the simple online steps. They arrived to my extreme satisfaction.
Excellent quality and very reasonable pricing. Website needs work to simplify the browsing. And FSA help explained better. Slow service due to low inventory. Otherwise it's good.
I would NOT order here again. No one said glasses were back-ordered and it was hard to get in touch with customer service.

The only thing that I'd wish for EZContacts is to have more agents available online, as it takes me hours to get through to online chat, as I never succeed with phone calls being put as far as 27 in queue
First they cancelled the wrong order and then took them 4 additional weeks to fill my prescriptions. Would rather go to an actual prescription place then doing all this hassle online.
A business run by kids... they are good at lying to you about ship dates. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
Ordered at end of month, and got them in middle despite expedited shipping. Assuming it was due to crizal, but not sure. Wish order status said more than 'on order'... gets frustrating. Wish it'd say 'aeaiting vendor part' or 'being worked on in Boston'. I work in IT for a company that ships plumbing supplies... so used to seeing that complaint too but our sales reps reach out to notify if taking abnormally long.
Terrible, buy elsewhere! It took them over a month and I only got my glasses because I contacted paypal.
I ordered a pair of single vision reading glasses, it has been 27 days now and they still have not shipped them. Every time I called customer service, I hold for no less than 25 minutes, I am hold right now for 30 minutes, who has time for that. I have already been charged for them, so I am just stuck waiting.
Daryl is helpful and was able to answer my questions right away. Just please let customers notified via email with their orders. That will be gladly appreciated.

Customer service is great. They give their full attention to you as a customer and spend as much time as necessary to answer any and all questions. Really pleased.
Fairly straight forward website, good customer service, correct product. The only issue I had was that my glasses were back ordered, and it wasn't articulated well up front. I would have appreciated an e-mail notifying me. To their credit though, they explained this as soon as soon as I reached out. The customer service was both clear and quick.
Amazing prices for quality name brand Eyewear and contacts 1/3 of the price of vision centers! I will be ordering again.

Ordered sunglasses and regular glasses right before the new year, ended up cancelling the sunglasses because they were delayed for an unspecified amount of time and received my glasses a few weeks later. I returned the glasses because I ordered the wrong size. The new set was then delayed even longer because they were on backorder with the manufacturer.
I think if the item is in stock, you will get your order fast and done properly. My issue with the customer service team and their process is that my order experienced different types of delays and no one ever reached out to me to let me know what the delay was and what the expected timeframe was. I had to call on a daily and weekly basis to find out what was happening with the order. The answers I was given were vague and turned out to be untrue as the order was delayed even longer. I was very happy with the product once I received it, great price!, but the delays and lack of follow through was really frustrating. To their credit, they refunded me for the sunglasses on time and also offered to swap the incorrectly ordered glasses for free.
Do NOT order from this company or you will regret it. I ordered non-prescription sunglasses 11 days ago and still can't get anyone to tell me when they will ship. My card has been charged and I was told I couldn't cancel the order. If they ever arrive I will be returning out of principle.
Everything was EASY! Customer Service was GREAT! I would highly recommend EZContacts and I will use them again in the future!
I was not pleased with the timeliness of the purchase. Once order is placed, they should let you know the exact timeline of their particular order, which was delayed for mine... I had to inquire twice about my order. Since I was travelling and wanted the order before I left, I had to drive to their warehouse to pickup my glasses. However I am pleased with the item and it is the best transitions that I own.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
