There was a situation with my order and I had to contact customer and was highly impressed with assistance provided. This was my 2nd order with the company and will be back again. As always, great value on the frames and this time I experienced superb customer service.

I returned a glasses i purchased for 222.00 in 3 weeks. I had ordered progressive, there was none, so i returned it. They credited me $154,00. Why, i asked. I have today sent them 5 emails, and no one has responded! I am not happy

I have a great experience with John Miller. He did a great job in resolving my issue. He made sure to fix the issue and helped me get my glasses sooner.
Nothing is right about dealing with this company. I learned the hard way to read review sites, such as this one, before sending $ off to a site you find on the internet.
I ordered contacts, sent the prescription and used PayPal to complete the order on 4/19 at night. The next morning I called to make sure everything was ok, because I had never ordered online before. I was #34 in queue at 9:01 a.m. I tried to call back 10 min later, I was #62 in queue. I put my phone on speaker, and sat at my computer---started reading reviews (ugh), tried EZContacts live chat 6x, no one there, found 2 other companies and read reviews and all of this while ON HOLD. At 58 min, I was #2 in queue and the LINE DISCONNECTED.
As the other reviewer said, "Warning Will Rogers!" I called PayPal to cancel my order and sent an email saying the same to EZContacts. PayPal sent 2 emails on my behalf also. This was all between 9:15 a.m. and 11:15 a.m., which was only 12-15 hrs after I had placed the order the previous night. To date, there has STILL been no reply from EZContacts to any of the 3 emails, yet they "captured" the PayPay fee in between the two emails sent from PayPal... I have the times on everything. I am considering reporting them to the BBB. My contacts did arrive 10 days later, April 29th. I never rec'd an email, "your order has shipped, here is the tracking #." Zero communication from EZContacts and Zero inability to reach Customer Service because service does not exist here!
Also I believe they have hired Trustpilot to do damage control for them. I rec'd an email from EZContacts last night (hahahaha, the FIRST COMMUNICATION!) stating they have partnered with Trustpilot for feedback and reviews, please use this link and review us. I find using links from emails to be shady, so I went to TrustPilot.com... if you go to TrustPilot's site, all the reviews for EZContacts are glowing. SiteJabber tells the TRUTH about becoming a customer of EZContacts... don't do it! I have also learned... do NOT trust the Trustpilot review site. I hope my long comment saves someone from the miserable experience I had and lots of unnecessary hassle. EZContacts is a perfect business model for how NOT to run a business!

Placed an order for contacts a week ago and didn't hear anything from them. Called their customer service, I was # 42 in line, which took42 min to finally talk to someone. Either my order would ship out today or I would cancel. John from customer service told me a crappy story that my contacts were made specifically to my order from the manufacturer. I told them that other website carry inventory and I never had any issues getting my order. The pro is that they do have great prices if you ever receive your order and John on the phone could quickly help me cancel my order

I finally got my glasses after waiting for a month. Don't bother calling customer service nobody answers. I thought I got scammed but my glasses did finally come.
I sent 2 if not 3 emails about my glasses and have yet to get a response. Took almost a month to get them as well.
Called Ez Contacts to cancel my order that I had placed a month ago at that time. Represantive said he had cancelled it and that I was going to get my money back within 3-5 business days. He notified me that my glasses were going to be ready the next day and asked me if I still wanted to cancel my order. I told him that I still wanted to cancel it. He did not canceled it. I received the glasses and I never got my money back. This is not what I had requested. Not only did he neglect my requests but he lied to me - assuring me that i was going to get my money back. Never looking back at this company again.
Items showed up no issues i definitely would purchase from them again. I don't have much more to say better be happy i took the survey. Joking
The company sent my glasses almost 2 months after i ordered them. When called to inquiry about my purchase the represent was rude and incompetent. I will never order from them again
I ordered frames, paid for everything and I was informed a few days later that my selection was out of stock. They should probably work on updating their inventory system.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
