Overall, I made a good choice and im happy with the product. The problem is that the delivery took way too long than expected, with a month and a half delay. Also when I tried to talk with a representative for the second time ( since i didn't receive any notification about the delay) she hang up on me and didn't even offer a good response and service. I was asking for a compensation because of the delay and all the trouble.
I still haven't received my order. I have email them two times and haven't reply. But they can email with this feedback email. It mess up
Great website, good up front phone support,--- but when it came to operationally delivering it was a completely different story every step of the way until the much belated delivery made it to my home- then once finally received the glass roughly 2 mos instead of the 1 week originally suggested- and a couple calls to customer service in between -- finally received glasses and they were warped/bent significantly! Hard to believe someone would even put into a box and ship- took to eye glass place they did best to bend into shape still not very straight-
I waited and waited for my glasses, I ordered 2 pairs. I finally called 6 weeks later and tried to get my money back because I was sick of waiting and was just going to go pay more for Lenscrafters so I could have them. They refused to give me my money, they were going to charge me a "restocking" fee, which made no sense as my glasses weren't even ready. Somehow after my fit of frustration they told me they would make the glasses and overnight them. I got them the next day, but now it makes even less sense on what the hold up was. The frames are nice but the lenses are crap. I am never using this company again. If you are wise you will try a different place too :)

I purchased prescription sunglasses. They came with clear lens in and sun glass lens extra. I put the sun glass lens in and here they aren't even prescription sun glass lens. Ive tried the 800 number millions of time and have not gotten to a person. I emailed and ow they want a picture of the lens. What good will that do?. I just want my sunglasses I ordered. I wish they would provide a number to talk with someone
The glasses that I originally ordered are not even being made anymore. I had to adjust my order to my second choice. Not good customer service at all. No other choice either switch or get nothing.
I'm pleased with my glasses & the price, plus my glasses broke due to an accident and were thankfully covered under warranty for a $24.99 processing fee. Unfortunately the poor review is due to the extremely long response time of customer service. After you submit the form it says you'll hear back within 24 hours. It's more like 1-2 wks, or more depending on how vigilant you are with your follow-up. I shipped my broken glasses back under warranty and according to USPS tracking, they were received by their facility 2 weeks ago and I have yet to hear a single thing despite 2 follow-up forms and emails. Very disappointing because I'd want to use them again in the future because of the savings on frames and lenses, but I don't know if it's worth it at this point.
I purchased glasses and contacts at the same time. The glasses were listed in stock and I paid to expedite shipping so my glasses would arrive before I left for a work trip.
Four days later when my glasses were supposed to have arrived I received an email that the glasses were not "back in stock yet" and would be shipped weeks after the guaranteed ship date. I was not offered any explanation on why this happened and had to place three phone calls to make sure I wasn't charged the rush shipping fee. Turns out I was charged the rush shipping as half of my order (the contacts) would be there by the guaranteed date. Again, not what I needed to receive in that time line.
After three more calls and unanswered emails I was told that the glasses were still not in stock and not to worry, I would just be charged a regular rate for shipping. I then had to argue this as why would I pay two shipping costs since it was your error that made it impossible to send both my items at the same time.
Each time I reached out to someone they could not have cared less or offered any sort of way to rectify order taking almost a month more than I was told when I made the purchase. Can't see why I would ever order anything again from you.
My glasses were perfect. It was a little bit of a hassle calling the customer service number (first waited on hold, then dropped), but otherwise all went smoothly. I will use them again.
After waiting 2 months to receive my glasses, when they arrived they are were completely bent. I took them to numerous eye care places to get them fixed and the glasses were deemed unfixable.
They are horrible website and company to deal with. Waiting almost a month to get the glasses I ordered
Very good service. I sent my prescription in and it was filled beautifully. It took longer than expected to get them but they offering me a further discount. Excellent customer service
I had a great experience with EZ Contacts, the only down side was the time it took to get my glasses. But I was able to talk to the customer service team and they were able to give me all the info i needed to know with my order!
I recently purchased glasses and the color of the frames wasn't what I expected. EZ replaced them with a different pair of frames that I really like. There are many, many frames to choose from so it was easy to find the right frames. Exchange was quick and easy. Love the new frames and the prescription is perfect.

Very slow with delivery. Took a month to get glasses when they said 10-14 days. Customer service isn't helpful, and extremely long hold times when calling. Legit site but very slow with delivery
After returning my eyeglasses 1 time as my fault, and other 2 as their fault I think I will give up. My prescription was wrongly imputed (my wrongdoing) I fixed, but it seems that the system was never updated and even though I sent a copy of the right one they never got it right. All 3 times the lens were wrong.
All my many purchases I have been very please with. In addition: they come at a much lower cost via this website
I highly recommend this site. Great quality, speedy service, and best of all, the best prices. My insurance covered the cost as well.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
