I had received my frame and the right leg of the frame was stretched out not even with the left. The left side leg was fine but the right side was pulled outwards. I tried to fix this on my own by taking the screw out and adjusting it but that didn't work whatsoever. So I am disappointed with that. Gooptic does a better job and I don't think I'll buy from this site again.
I have order two pairs of glasses and both of them took around one month or more to get. The customer service when contacted say that they are shipping and doing priority but the 'Shipped' Status will be on for 4 days before I could really track the item. Very Very disappointment!
I love my new glasses! I cannot believe I saved almost $200 compared to what my local optometrist wanted to charge for my Kate Spade frames. After ordering, I became concerned upon reading reviews mentioning very slow shipping, so after waiting about a week and a half, I called. While the phone wait was obscenely long (caller 29, waited about 45 minutes to speak with someone), The customer service agent I spoke with was very polite and helpful. My glasses arrived about three weeks after I placed the order, so while it was a bit of a wait, they were perfect and I couldn't be happier with them.
I am extremely impressed with the ease of making the order and the quality of the lens. I have a difficult and I like Progressive lens and these are a great pair of glasses. I will be a repeat customer.
I ordered a pair of glasses that were discontinued. When I was asked about a new color, the wrong frame was sent out to me even afterwards
The frames were great, after responding that the visuals seemed a little off I was immediately contacted by an optamitrst to clarify what my issues were. Since I normally wear multifocal contact lenses he explained why I was having this experience, as well as the lenses on this particular frame are much larger than my previous glasses with smaller amount of lense. I am happy with my experience.
Having experience in the optical field causes me to have a bit of skepticism toward any optical chain no matter if it is a physical location or online.
After much research and one or two optician friends recommending this site I placed my order.
I knew the sunglasses that I ordered would take at least a week to get to the facility to be processed. I also knew that the time to have them made would be at least a week as well. I ordered on March 29th and the sunglasses were shipped out on April 10th and arrived 5 days later which is wonderful due to our location here in Hawaii.
The sunglasses came in and were well made, clean, the rx was correct (which was one of my worries), and the polarized lens was comparable to my other polarized sunglasses that cost a small fortune. The Prada frame that I ordered was a authentic Prada frame, and it came in the manufacturer box as well (the grey box with the serial numbers).
During the entire process I received emails. I did not have the need to contact customer service so I can not rate that experience.
Overall I am completely in love with my sunglasses and I will definitely be purchasing multiple pairs of eye wear through this company.
If you need a quick pair of eye wear I would go to a brick and mortar location and buy something in stock. If you are not on a time crunch and want a quality product I would purchase through ezcontacts.
Love my sunglasses, they are exactly as described. The only negative is they did take about a month to arrive.
At first it didn't seem like my order was going to make it on time but it sure did! My eyeglasses fit perfectly!
Production time, etc was slow, but my glasses were exactly as ordered. Customer service was hit and miss, but for the price, I will order here again.
Horrible customer service! Ordered contact lenses almost 3 weeks ago, got a shipping confirmation, but never received my contact lenses. Left an online inquiry re order status, never got a reply. Called them today, have been on hold for 58 min, then finally spoke with a representative who told me that I have to wait for another 2-3 weeks to get my contacts! Completely dissatisfied!
First, the number of days to process my order was more than what was stated. Second, I received my glasses and I think the prescription was made wrong because they made me very dizzy when wearing them. I had to return them because I could not wear them, hopefully I will receive a full refund instead of partial refund due to having prescription lenses. I went to lens crafters with the same prescription and I am not dizzy when wearing them.
Very nervous about ordering prescription glasses online, bifocals in my case. Customer service was outstanding walking me thru process and making conversions (I believe the company is located outside of US and not all of the prescription numbers matched up). They assured me they did; different for each eye and they were dead on. Also got expensive, Italian made designer frames that were authentic at a huge discount. Other reviews complained about long turn around time, not so. I believe I received in 2 weeks. Would recommend to any friend and will be ordering 2nd pair for me and contacts for my husband
There is no communication with the buyer (me) about the order or the status of my order. I called the Customer Service number on the first try I was number 30 in the queue. I tried 2 hours later on the same day andcalled back to be number 21 in the queue. I waited a week later and called again and I was number 10 in the queue. I waited on hold 45 minutes before the call was answered. This unacceptable on so many levels. Although the price of my glasses were attractive the Customer Service was not. I will not be ordering from this site again.
The company received my returned glasses over two weeks ago. I had to wait on hold for 52 minutes before connected to a customer service representative. They confirmed receiving my glasses back but have not issued a refund. I'm starting to feel like I was ripped off and may not get my money back. I will never order from this site again.
I should add that the reason I'm returning my glasses is because one lens was larger than the other when I received them.
The first week of March 2017 I ordered two sets of RX sunglases. Both showed availability 3-5 days. Of course I knew it could be a few more because I was adding RX. The $225 was promptly taken out of my checking account. Days go by, no emails (aside from the original order confirmation). Weeks go by. I've contacted customer service a few times. Why was my money taken and no sunglasses still? I was told that not one, but both glasses I chose were back ordered. Didn't say that anywhere on the site. I was told they didn't know when they would get them in. Could be another week. Could be a month. 7 weeks after my order I get an email saying one pair had shipped. I contacted many times after trying to get a refund for the other pair. I finally get a response saying they are refunding the $100 for the 2nd pair that hasn't been shipped yet. Although that was last week and I haven't seen the credit yet.
I chose two different style glasses, two different brands even. And both were backordered although neither said so on the website. And I wasn't given any idea of when they would be available.
I'm very disappointed. The Tory Burch glasses that I ended up canceling. I have wanted for so long and can't get them

Easily EZContacts had the best prices I could find. However, it took 8 weeks from placing my order to receiving it. They charge you the full price when the order is placed. When I complained and asked them to cancel my order, they upgraded shipping but would not refund my purchase. Only shop there if you don't care that your prescription will change during the wait.
Loved my new frames and I was pleasantly surprised at all the extras I got with my package. The frames, hard case, an 2 cleaning cloths, mini repair kit and an extra pair of lenses. The only thing I wish I knew was how long my order would take in the lab (being created for my prescription). The creating of my lenses took a over a week; however once finished it did ship faster than the 5-7 business days I originally opted for, which was nice.
This was the first time I ordered glasses online. I was nervous that biofocals would not be placed correctly. The frames I selected were $160 less than the same frame I found at local eye Dr. office. Was so worth the risk! Love these glasses, needed adjustment of course, but great fit at better price. Thank you!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
