Always delayed. I have ordered glasses twice at this place, after placing an order, you should expect glasses not before than 30 days. If you don't follow up, then may be 60 days. Good luck ezcontacts if you keep doing business like this...
And yes, your glasses are original but seems they are not first grade. There is always a slight imbalance or a problem with glasses. But I am ok with it considering the price...
The people on the phone were nice but I could hardly get anyone on the phone - I'm calling from work and don't have time to wait for 11-14 calls ahead of me. Also, both times the glasses took a long time to make.
Received my glasses with prescription lens in one week. Also the frames I bought were much cheaper than those same glasses on different sites
Slow response to questions, low quality lenses. Would not purchase from again in the future. Not even sure if the frames are authentic.
My purchase took about 5 weeks to arrive instead of 2 weeks. I did not receive any update on the delay until I contacted customer service itself.
My glasses arrived about 4 weeks after I ordered them. Love the frames but the prescription was totally messed up. Not Progressive Lenses and I even uploaded the prescription. Go to another site - cost me over $200 to fix the problem with a local establishment. If you want just the frames great! Otherwise move on.

Was able to find same frames I saw at retail for $100 less, which was great and got me to try buying glasses online. But, original shipping date was missed by over a week. When glasses finally arrived, even though I paid $199 for the best quality lens, they were crap--weren't anti reflective to the point of impeding vision. I called to complain, but they took two weekdays off for Jewish holiday. Which created a crazy back log of customer service callers the day they returned. I was on hold for 2 hours, and then when finally my turn, the call got dropped and had to start again. When I finally spoke to a person, they simply said to fill in the return form and send them back--why wasn't that form simply available online to save the wasted calling time? I sent them back a week ago, and still waiting for my refund. And, despite telling this story to their return team, nobody has given me the courtesy of a call, to try and make me a happy customer given all the problems. At this point, I won't use again.
Over a week ago, I reached out. I want to return these glasses and no one has contacted me yet. You all said you would get back within 24-48 hours... definitely not the case.
This was my first shopping experience on EzContacts. I found the exact pair of glasses I wanted at a fraction of the cost compared to local retailers. The only downside was they were backordered after I placed my order. However, customer service offered to add free express shipping to my order once they did finally come in, and the quality is great, so worth the wait. And, I love this frame and glasses, highly recommend.
The price was great. The shipping took forever. Other than that, everything went good. I would order from them again.

It took over 3 weeks for me to receive my glasses. After 2 weeks had passed I called to see what the holdup was. I was told that the glasses I had ordered were out of stock and they had to wait for them to be shipped from Italy. They never notified me that the frames I chose were out of stock. I could have easily chosen a different pair had they bothered to inform me. They then went on to explain that they finally had the glasses, and that they'd been in the lab for 2 days, and that it typically took 5 days in the lab before glasses were ready, which meant my glasses should be ready to ship in 3 days. It was still over a week later before I received them. Also, if LensCrafters and all the other places can get glasses done in an hour, what are they doing with glasses in a lab for 5 days? So inefficient. Finally, my frames that they had to wait weeks for to ship from Italy, are stamped "Made in China". If you need to be able to see at any time soon, I'd say try someplace else. There's a reason these glasses are so cheap I think...
The pricing was great. The delivery process was slow but over all I really like the glasses and the price.

It's going on 2 months since I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. 1 came in a month still waiting on 2nd pair like really.
Very Dissatisfied... does not even cover where I am at right now. Livid might be closer. I ordered my glasses on March 27,2017. I contacted customer service asking when they would be shipped and then received an email saying they were shipped (April 5th). Still not receiving them after almost 10 days after they were supposedly shipped, I contacted customer service again (April 14th) by chat and was reassured that I would receive them that day or Monday (even though the carrier still said that only the shipping information had been received and there was no other activity), the person I talked to said he could see the activity and I would receive them. Still not receiving them on Monday, I called and customer service was out of the office on Holiday until Tuesday. Still not receiving them today (April 20th) in the mail, I called and waited on the line 20 minutes and my baby hung up the phone (not their fault) then I reconnected and waited on the phone exactly 1 hour and 1 minute - I was caller one - then when I was supposed to be connected to a person I was redirected to the main message where I guess I was supposed to wait on hold for Im sure at lease another hour (I was caller 80). I have never dealt with a company with such poor customer service. I will never purchase from this company again, I will leave a negative review and I may even report them to the BBB because I still dont have my glasses after almost a month and there is no sign that they will get to me any time soon.
The glasses I ordered took almost 2 and a half weeks to get to me during which I could not get a hold of anyone at EZContacts customer service, leaving multiple emails, filling out the contact form and calling on multiple occasions at all hours of the day to receive a message that I had not reached them during business hours. The glasses, when received had the wrong grade of lenses in them thus creating too much glare and any service message I have left to have this fixed has been left un answered. I will never use this service again.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
