Can not beat the price! Glasses are a little loser, but for 1/4th the cost then LensCrafters, no biggie!
The product was great. The only thing i would suggest is during payment, let the customer know that it can take 2-3 weeks until they receive their item.
I paid $35 for overnight shipping, hoping to get my glasses in time before I left for vacation. Didn't receive a tracking number so I emailed customer service 3 times! Didn't get an email back, so I finally called them. The customer service lady gave attitude, and I finally received my order 6 days after I ordered them. I spent my entire vacation miserable because I couldn't enjoy everything while not being able to see. Never ordering from this website again.
I ordered glasses that were said to be available in 3-5 days and paid for expedited shipping, but then was informed they are now backordered. Twice I have asked for my extra shipping to be refunded with no response. Part of why I wanted them quickly is because I have another pair I may want to return depending on which I like better--- I have asked if I can have the 30day return on that pair extended so I can wait for this pair to arrive--but no one has responded.
The price was great! The frames were almost perfect. The sides were a diff color than I expected. The order was taking a while (2 weeks) so I reached out only to discover the manufacturer sent them the wrong frame. But no one contacted me to say there was an issue and the frames would be delayed. It took another week until I got my glasses.
I love the selection they have of glasses and sunglasses but shipping and entire process takes too long. It took close to a month to get my glasses. Awesome purchase but just ask they process and ship my items and get it to me within two weeks.
Disregard the 5-7 business day delivery. I ordered two pairs of glasses one took 10 business days to get and the other took more than three weeks. And don't call their customer service for help. I called after one week to know when to expect my glasses. After telling that there would be delays all they could tell me is that I couldn't cancel my order because it's was written in fine prints that delays could occur. Not helpful in any way. No apologies, not offering any options to even pay for faster delivery, and telling me that it was in the fine prints.
Placed an order on April 1st. Emailed them in April 11th, got an auto response saying they were closed for a couple of random weekdays. It is now April 18th, order still hasnt shipped and still no reply from my inquiry. Their odd closure has me a little concerned.
My previous order took a couple weeks, and there were no issues.
Poor quality material, very cheap frame for my money. I would like to return the product for a full refund because I'm not satisfied with their product.
Fast shipping and quality products at the BEST prices. My Burberry glasses look great and the lenses are perfect. Also, they give you a cute eyeglass repair set with cleaner. I would recommend them to anyone. :)
Sunglasses were great, waited over a month to get them though. They were backordered, which was fine, but after the backorder date passed no one seemed to know what was going on with them and there was no real communication about them. Kept being told they will ship when they weren't.
Glasses need some adjustment but overall price and quality is awesome. Haven't been able to wear the glasses yet because I have to go to my eye doctor to get them adjusted.
I've spent countless hours on hold waiting for someone to even answer the phone at customer service line. Multiple emails went unanswered. I've gone a month without a glasses and still have no idea when my glasses will actually ship. The total wait time originally quoted to me when I ordered was less than two weeks. Don't order from this company unless you don't mind a long long wait. I will be cancelling my order.
My order was delayed and I was not contacted by the company. I emailed multiple times and was assured the order would finish up at the lab soon. I called multiple times, and received differing answers to explain why my order was still delayed. I did receive expedited shipping but the rep implied I should be grateful for that. When the glasses did finally arrive, they were well made and to specs. We're pleased with the product but not with the process.
I ordered these glasses, and waited a VERY long time until they were sent. Eight weeks? I was not told that the frames were back-ordered. I was sent an email maybe 3 or 4 weeks after ordering to say there was a delay.
I order my glasses in the middle of march and got them a week ago. The customer service representatives were rude and didn't even bother to help me out. I asked them to cancel my order and they refused not too. I got my glasses but immediately returned them. Don't ever do buisness with them ever
The selection and check out service was straight forward and easy. Glasses came quickly and in good shape. These were the same frames I saw at the doctor's office for twice as much for frames alone, no lenses. Great deal!
I ordered a glasses with this people and never got them they never actually refunded me. I am still after them. Please be careful. The shipped my glasses to a wrong adress and charged me for it. They told me they would refund my money 3-5 busness days still dont see any refund I will go after this people if i don' t see my refund by today or tomw.
Customer service was very helpful, but when my glasses looked terrible, I lost $140 on the prescription. Frustrating!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
