The order for a pair of Ray-Bans was placed on June 23, and it arrived at my home on September 6. Need I say more.
Received in a timely manner, exactly like the picture and way cheaper then getting glasses at the eye place facility. Very pleased with the whole experience. Glad daughter found this site

Person I spoke with on the phone wasn't very helpful and came across like she didn't want to help. I was calling to confirm something about my order, which was very difficult to get a hold of someone, and when I finally did it was not a great experience to say the least.
It took a month and over 10 emails/chats/calls to get the order delivered. I give it 2 stars only because the product arrived as advertised at a reasonable price... but not worth the trouble. Next time I'll buy at my local store and pay the extra 15-20% and not deal with EZContacts customer service.
I wanted to change the my order and Angel was able to make the change and handled it very quickly! Thank you!

Love the pricing of the frames and single-vision, no-frills lenses that we purchased, but there was a 2 week wait time until they were even shipped. 'Spoke' with chat support, which was a nice service, and was told after 10 days that the glasses would ship the 'next week'. And then the next week, was AGAIN told they would ship the 'next week.' No reason it should have taken 3 weeks to fill this order.
Ordered product August 12 and didn't receive it until the beginning of September. Online it said 5-7 business days but that's clearly incorrect.
So far my experience has been mixed. My order sat processing for 2 weeks after I uploaded my prescription. But angel, through the online chat, promised to have my order sent out with 24 hours. I really like the price as well.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses online for a birthday present. I was notified by email that the pair I ordered were on back order and wouldn't be here for 1 month. I replied to the email directly asking for help due to them being for a present. Rex quickly replied to me and helped me understand the process. Once I picked the new model, he ordered them for me as a replacement. He was always quick to respond and gave me a 10% discount for the inconvenience. I really appreciate his service and I will let others know about my great experience with your company!
I was unsure if my account prescription was verified and Angel immediately called my doctor to confirm the prescription. It was awesome service! I will be back. Angel was super quick and very courteous! I would recommend EZContacts to anyone. Thanks you!

Glasses came in and they look good. Nice beveled edge and clean. Only problem was that it took a month from order to receiving product.
Placed my order August 9th for one pair of regular glasses and a pair of prescription glasses. After being informed that one pair would take over a month, I changed the color. I then discovered the other pair was on backorder for over 2 months. Both pairs listed availability in 2-3 days on the site at the time of ordering.
I wound up having to call customer service three times before I was finally set on glasses that wouldn't take too long. The total was less than the original two pairs ordered and positively the credit back appeared on my bank account very quickly.
Still took another 3 weeks to receive my glasses. First pair shipped August 30th and didn't arrive until 9/7. Second pair shipped 9/6 and arrived 9/8.
Love my new pairs so I guess worth the wait but all in all a little frustrating.
I had a few chats prior to speaking with Angel and having my xhat with Ange made everything ok. Angel paid attention to my request, did their due diligence to lrovide the why to the answer they provided me and was able to assist me woth my question and ultimately led to my purchase thanks to their great customer service. Thanks Angel I appreciate good service and hope your company rewards it!

I found the website very accessible and user-friendly. I had tried on a pair of glasses that I really liked in a different store, however, the price was way too high. EZContacts allowed me to purchase the same glasses at a cheaper price. I also really liked the different options given for the lenses. Will definitely use this company again.

Live chat is very helpful for getting answers quickly. The customer service representative was amiable and knowledgeable on how to answer my question. She gave me all of my tracking information without me having to look into it myself.

Took forever to receive any response or updates on orders. Also still haven't received second pair of glasses I ordered over a month ago. Said they shipped two weeks ago but from tracking looks like mail carrier is still waiting for the package?
Took a while to receive due to weather delays but love my new glasses and they came with a few other things which was great! Also can't beat that price!

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
