I ordered my glasses middle of August and didn't get them until middle of September. They were customized to fit my prescription but I was never told it would take up to a month to receive them. The glasses came perfectly
The ordering process was easy, the glasses came in a nice box with cleaning solution and a cloth. We also haven't been bombarded with emails unlike other companies who send daily emails which is very annoying.
I had to return my glasses, due to a slight defect in the frame, and lens not sitting snugly. From the first phone call with Rico, I knew I had chosen the right place, to purchase my eyewear. His professional manner, his knowledge of his work, and his courteous and understanding manner, is much appreciated. I like doing business with EZContacts.com.

Received great glasses for a good price. However, it took weeks to receive them. Much longer than my usual online service. I would use them again. Next time I will not wait until I'm headed out of town and need them quickly.
I wrote a review before to complain about the back ordered and wrong item problem. Them one costumer service contact me to help with the issue. Then, she helped me changed one item to another one that is in stock. However, after 10 days, it is still under processing. I contacted the online chat for several times, I was always told they are finishing it, and it will be shipped after they finished. I have no idea when I will receive it.
All in all, the operation of this website is just a mess. They do offered cheaper price. But you probably will need in tremendous patient when you order in here. Personally, I will not recommend this website to others.
Took about 3-4 weeks to receive glasses after placing order. Only redeeming quality was great price.

The amount of time it says how long it would take is completely wrong. Mine said 4-5 days it ended up taking over a month and a half.
Never received the order, even after being told twice that it was sent overnight as a courtesy for your mess up. Never received the order, don't want it anymore and requesting a refund to the credit ca card. This was all happening during the hurricane but it was starting the first week of September
Awesome. No complaints. Fast delivery. I recommend others...

The communication from this company is awful. I was very excited to find the frames that I wanted at such a great price so I gave the company a try. They said that my order would be shipped out in 2 to 5 business days. I called to change the lenses the day after I ordered and they had informed me that it would take almost a month for them to come in. They should have emailed me right away to let me know that and they failed to do so. When I got the frames the lens prescription was wrong. I sent them back to be fixed. A few days after the tracking said they have arrived, I still did not hear word from them. I called to see what was going on and they said they just received them yesterday, and they're going to get fixed. I told them at this point I would just like a refund. I still have not heard back from them. They had sent me an e-mail that they were trying to cancel it and they would email me back within a day. It's now been 3 days and there's still no response. I'm frustrated and very disappointed at the lack of communication.
I am really happy with my frames purchase and mostly happy with the lenses,(this is the first time I've ordered glasses online). PROS: The frames are awesome and I've gotten quite a few compliments already. They are comfortable to wear all day. I will need to take them to my optometrist's office to have them fitted. I paid for extra for the glare coating which makes a HUGE difference for me when I drive at night. CONS: Sometimes when I put my glasses on I feel like I'm in a fish bowl but within a minute the feeling goes away. Not sure why this is, but I'm not above saying it might be my fault for how I put my prescription in. My main CON is the fact that when I ordered my glasses it said availability was "3-5 Days". Well it took over 3 weeks to get them. I received an email a few days after purchase saying "it would be 7-10 days & did I still want them?" To which I responded that I did. Also, whenever I emailed customer service it took longer than 24 hours to hear back. It states on the website you will hear back in 24 hours. Not a big deal but I'm sure you can understand my frustration. Also when my glasses were finally ready they upgraded my shipping for free. Which I'm thinking would be overnight or 2 day... Nope still took a week. So I'm torn. They have great products and prices, but I'm on the fence about ordering from this company again. Which is sad because I really need new sunglasses.
Customer service was awful, trying to find out where they were after weeks. Then come to find out that your company outsources to China and so itd take an extra week. Then we got them and the frames are too small. Now I have to return/exchange them. Not satisfied at all.
Order took over a month to receive when item was in stock. I had to call three separate times to follow-up and obtain order status.
It took a month to get my glasses, which was never communicated when I placed my order. I ended up having to travel abroad w old broken glasses. The first time I reached customer service on live chat I was told they'd come soon. The second time I called I was told there was no record of the first conversation. I asked for additional discount etc and received nothing. When glasses finally came they delivered without a case.
It took 3 weeks to receive glasses! I would have gone to a local store if I had known that. Needed them asap!
Order was 2 plus weeks late. They did not contact me about having to go overseas for the frame, I had to call in to find out with extremely poor phone service. When finally shipped, the package went from Brooklyn NY to Elkridge ND (my home state). For some reason the package then went to Orlando FL and delayed arrival by 1 more week. The Right Lens RX was off and the lenses were loose in the frame ((made noises when you grabbed the frame around the lenses. I really needed them in the time frame promised on the web site. There has been no attempt to reach out to me directly. I am very dissatisfied and really was looking for a better option for Rx eyeglasses.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
