Great product, fit, and service. One of the best glasses I have ever had at a great price too. The service too was great as I got it within a week of ordering.
I ordered Coach sunglasses with prescription lenses on Aug. 15th. Couldn't get an online status update at all, until I e-mailed customer service. Finally received the glasses well after Labor Day, it was approximately a 3 weeks.
Ezcontacts is awesome. Very wide selection and great value. Glasses turned out great with no complaints
I apparently didn't see my shipping options, but Kylie in the chat was able to expedite for me while I was still online. She was very helpful.
Sadly, EZContacts should be able to have their manufacturers fulfill their own orders to save money and speed up shipping. Just a thought. But good service so far.
Super slow shipping. Customer service is of no help and heavy accent made me had to ask the rep to spell out some of the words since he could not pronounce them properly... all he did was tell me what the tracking status was and offered no help whatsoever. My recommendation- stay far away from EZcontacts!
I would not recommend this company as a reliable reference. I still have yet to have anyone contact me about my glasses that I ordered over a month ago. I never received it nor had any one else contact me after I was told that this issue was transferred to the "right" personnel.
The Chat option is fantastic and I was able to verify availability on item in question. The friendly customer service even helped me to get 5% discount! (hopefully I'm not getting her in trouble...)
Had issues ordering and returning. Never had those issues before with the company but seem as if they are taking in a new staff and approach
The first 3 frames I chose were discontinued. An updated website that deleted discontinued frames would eliminate wasted time choosing frames that are not available.
Great Tom Ford eyeglasses for the price. Fast and easy shipping. Will definitely purchase from EZcontacts again!
Although the delivery took longer than it was supposed to, the customer service did its job properly by upgrading the delivery for free. But also, I received little accessories to clean my glasses from EZcontacts as a gift. Although it is a slight detail, I appreciated it a lot! Thanks you Ezcontacts, I will for sure get my next glasses from you.
Glasses are great, thought I was going to have to get a new prescription by time they actually arrived.
Ordering the kids glasses, not a complex prescription, was easy and pleasant via the web site. The shipping was bad, the 5-7 business days turned to exactly 20 business days.
The amount of money I saved was worth the wait, but just don't say the turn around is 5-7 business days or alert me that there is a delay. I will purchase again but I won't expect it in 7 business days.
Easy to order. I also called customer service to make sure I inputted prescription correctly and they were cordial and patient answering my questions.
The frames were bent will never order again from this website again. I had to go buy another pair at the mall because it was a gift for my son. Thanks choke on the money
The glasses I ordered were listed as in stock and then I was told I would have to wait three weeks for a back order. Six months, lots of emails, and several false shipping notifications later, the glasses showed up without any shipping notification!
Order on the 4th it's now the 19th and still haven't received my glasses on "5-7 business days" and when I email to ask I am just given a tracking number.
I love my glasses. I highly recommend ezcontacts. Great service and product. Thank you guys. I can finally see haha!

No shipping information was emailed to me until I contacted to customer service. No tracking information was emailed to me until I contacted to them AGAIN.And now I even cannot track after a package was transferred to usps from ups. It's already 20th day since I ordered.
Informative Customer Service with this 1st time User. Thought the fabrication of the glasses took a tad longer than expected but perhaps I misunderstood something. Pleased with price, shipping, notification and craftsmanship of final product.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
