From this site! The customer service is AWFUL. I called in to cancel my order and was told I was caller #5, an hour later I was caller #3, I was at 2 hours on hold and finally reached caller #1 and guess what happened at that point? I was taken right back to the main menu where they told me I was then caller #9. They give you no option online to cancel and when you try to call in, you can't even cancel. Will be contacting the BBB and disputing my order through my bank. Awful, guess I should have known when my contacts were $25 cheaper a box than other companies.
I was very pleased with my experience with EzContacts! Ordering was easy. The prices were amazing. Delivery was fast. Plus, extras were in my package including a case, lens cleaner, 3 cloths, and a screwdriver for frame repairs.
Long story short, your glasses will not come in 5-7 business days, it WILL take longer. Just count on that and you will be ok. As far as authentic frames, they seem like they are the real deal. I bought the Gwen Stafani LAMB frames and they are sturdy. I had my optometrist put good quality lenses in the frames, because of the poor lense reviews, and my optical place couldn't tell the difference from these and other LAMB frames. I saved $150, but I was nervous the entire 9 business days it took to receive them in the mail, thinking I may have gotten scammed. If you buy from here be prepared to wait. 5-7 business days is a bold faced lie. Other than that I feel I dodged a bullet considering the other reviews I've and are happy with the frames, so far.

I ordered a pair of glasses that I needed because mine broke. I was expecting standard shipping would get it to my apartment in roughly two weeks. I ordered it On Aug 29, it is now September 23 and I still don't have it. When I tracked my package it said it was stuck in the same city for over 2 weeks. When I called, they kept telling me to call the delivery service (DHL) and they would file a claim and get back to me. They never got back to me. I called DHL, they told me to contact EZ contacts. It was this annoying back and forth between them and the only one doing the work was me. Neither party tried to help me and my package is still lost. This is unprofessional and really disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone again.

After waiting for my glasses from out candy called the office to find out what was going on in my class he told me that it was like a special order for my sunglasses that they would need more time in the lamp I told her to please cancel my order they should they could knock out some mild so then I told him to please give me a timeline on when I will receive my glasses they could not give me a timeline after many phone calls and chats I found a receipt my glasses maybe a month and a half in after I put my order in not satisfied not the customer service very disappointing

I recieved my sunglasses which were very expensive And they look terrible The plastic wasn't removed correctly from lenses
I got the cheapest version of lenses, the plain plastic single vision lenses and now I know why they are he cheapest. I guess you get what you pay for, but they are very poor quality in the way that every light causes a major glare on them. I am happy with my frames, but I would definitely go with better lenses if I were to purchase again.

This is my second time ordering. First time was great. This time it took almost a month to receive my daughters perscription sunglasses. Also the lense color was incorrect and now I have to return them fornit to be corrected.
My glasses are so cute and appear to be great quality. Shipping took a lot longer than expected, two or three weeks, but when I reached out to customer service they expedited my order once it came in. My biggest complaint is how reflective my lenses are in photos and the sunlight. I paid for a slight upgrade but perhaps I should have been advised on other options I needed.
I am pleased with EZ Contacts' prices! I found the exact frames for which I was looking at a mere fraction of what my local optometrist charges! I was overjoyed! I ordered two pairs, and waited anxiously for their arrival. One pair arrived about two weeks later, and the other arrived over three weeks later. Because I had been out of town when they arrived, I received them a couple days shy of a month after the initial order. That delay is disappointing. Thankfully, I love my other glasses! Thank you!
I tried my glasses and after using them for 4 days waiting for my eyes to settle into it, I brought them to an optician to see if the prescription was right. Turns out the left lens axis on my glasses were off by 6 to 8 degrees and why my left eye was so fatigued. I called customer service and a rep named Rico was initially nice, but told me there was no way for them to get me new lenses faster than the usual 3-5 business day turnaround. I was upset by the idea of having to wait probably another 2 weeks to get my corrected lenses since it was a Friday. He then proceeded to ask "what if our lab is correct" and "how many opticians have looked at your glasses?" Pretty rude, implying that I'm lying about my prescription being off?
Unsure why I'd do this, clearly it was off if I took them to an optician to check out. I refused the exchange at that point and refunded my glasses. Will never do business with EZContacts ever again. Extremely poor customer service, even spoke with a supervisor and nobody ever gave me an apology for what happened.
As I said above high end frame plus lenses for usually just the lenses price, how can you go wrong:-)
Took a month and a half to receive my prescription sunglasses. Every time i contacted them was promised they would go out soon. I suspect their customer service is farmed out and not an internal staff. The glasses themselves seem fine but i would not order from here again
I should have read all the reports on BBB before ordering. DO NOT TRUST the time estimates. They lie and will NOT take responsibility when the order arrives in 2-3x the amount of time.
They pick the slowest cheapest shipping even when it makes NO sense. I have never had to wait so long for 4 small boxes of contacts, because every other online contact company ships 1st class or Priority Mail.
Prices are good if you don't care when you get them. I probably won't use them again. Order came from Amazon. Super sketchy if you ask me.

I recently bought a pair of prescription glasses it took about two weeks to receive them then once I did, I tried them on and the fit was too big which is fine and why I chose to return but now I am waiting to hear back after they want to charge an additional $68.00 to exchange. So so far the experience has been neither good or bad.
Took about a month to get my glasses. Shipping said 5-7 days! I asked twice about my order and got a robotic response both times that said the same thing. Very aggravating. But with that being said. I do love my glasses! The prescription is accurate and they are super nice. If they didn't turn out so good I'd give less stars. Overall I'd order again if I wanted to wait forever.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
