I had a great experience with this service I will definitely use ezcontacts again. The order was easy and it had a fast delivery services for ordering online. The glasses were made well and it came with a nice case; along with cleaning solution and a wipe. Nice
I've not received the product yet, as USPS delivered it to the incorrect address. EZ Contacts has not responded to my requests for help in dealing with USPS. So I have no product, have been charged full price, and have not received any assistance in dealing with USPS from EZ Contacts. Cannot recommend.
My coupon code didn't take online but via the live chat they fixed it easily & quickly. I've never had a problem with EZcontacts. I got my first pair of glasses through them a year ago and they're terrific.
I recently had a chat with Kylie and it was easy and great. Appreciate the time and effort. I was wondering about the ETA and whether the glasses were authentic and she reassured me that they were. Thank you
I ordered a frame that came with blue lens and ordered green lens to replace the blue. When I received the glasses, the blue lens were still installed and green lens were in package. Now I have to pay extra to have insert the green lens.
I have used this site multiple times. I love it and I don't see myself getting glasses or sunglasses any other way. I tell everyone about it as well!

Website says orders shipped in 3-5 days. My order took over two weeks, received after three weeks because of calling multiple times! They just forgot to do my eyeglasses? I was told frames in stock and lenses were super simple prescription? Then after they drop the ball they send them first class!
Eyeglasses have two issues. Definitely not worth the headache to save a few dollars.
Navigating the site is simple, received my prescription glasses in just days, I'm a lifelong customer for sure.

I was very disappointed, waited 3 weeks to get my glasses and when they arrived they were not in the box. I spoke to customer service and still waiting for them to arrive.

Very happy with my purchase. However, shipping time could be improved. The glasses look great and I appreciated the cleaning accessories.
Cost of frames and lenses (with polycarbonate and anti glare) cost us $170 less than just the fraNew at our local store.

I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses in early august. When I received the e-mail that the style I ordered would be back ordered, I found a new style and called to have them updated. I was ensured that this style would arrive before my trip in September.
Long story short, the day before my trip, I tried calling them to tell them not even to ship them to me because they did not arrive on time.
They still arrived while I was away (a 2 week period) at that point, I had to pay for return shipping because the glasses were useless to me.
I needed them for the trip... Lots of phone calls, fees and time wasted.
Expect to wait at least a full month to month and a half before receiving any prescription items from them.
I really enjoy the options that this site offers. They really did a great job on the pairs I've ordered thus far. My one complaint (which is why I took off one star) is they take too long in first putting the prescription lenses together and in delivering the items. But this small setback is worth it for getting great designer frames for less! Thank you!

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
