Your non English as a first language customer service reps need to listen better, or you need to get English as a first language people to do that part of your business.
If you are lucky enough to get through... and if you do they are not willing to help. They made a mistake with my script and wanted me to. Pay to ship the glasses back and pay again for the correct script to be put in glasses. Not to mention when I ordered the glasses I wasn't told they were out of stock and waited 4 months to recieved them.
Plenty of online glasses companies, I am currently working with one they answer the phone and super helpful and treat you like your time is valuable..
Angel provides exceptional customer support, he was able to solidify my sales by helping me trouble shoot an issue for a discount. I'm happy he assisted me, this really attributed to my positive experience

Purchased glasses and they forgot the coating on the backside. HOWEVER, they reimbursed me for it AND sent me a free pair of frames.

Angel went out his way to help expedite my order. I really appreciate it. If it wasn't for him I would have waited so much longer and I need these contacts because I'm practically blind without them.
Communicating is key. Did not receive update on order. I called to follow up and was told what I ordered was no longer in stock. 2 times what I requested was not in stock.
Quality is great. Love my case and appreciate the cleaner and srewdriver
Ordered a pair of glasses. EZContacts charged my creditcard right away. I waited about 10 days and contacted them. The frames were out of stock and had to be ordered from Europe! I ordered in late July, the glasses arrived in September. EZ never proactively contacted me, I had to initiate the contact to find out the status. Not a good experience and needless to say I won't come back. On the other had, the glasses are great and the price was excellent.
I am beyond impressed with EZ Contacts for several reasons. First, my prescription was PERFECT. Second, the selection was HUGE. And last, the glasses were priced affordable, used a discount, they came with many extras, such as hard case, metal eyeglass tool, cleaning cloth, cleaning spray, and even EXTRA LENS'!

I placed an order and was notified I needed a prescription. I already checked and it was on file.
After three weeks I called for information about delivery. I was informed there was a delay, something about out of stock product. I called multiple time to get information. I feel I should have been informed of delays and delivery times.
Funny thing is, following my call to inquire, my contacts and sunglasses arrived quickly.
Glasses fitting is not at all good. THis is my first time ordering online with EZContacts and kind of not happy and regretting about it.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
