I ordered my glasses on the 1st of sept. Its been a month today and i still have no glasses and no idea where they are. I got a shipping notification on the 18th with expidided delivery guarantee the package by the 22nd of sept. The tracking hasnt updated and i ez contacts costumer service has been little to no help and knows nothing regarding my package. I asked them to send me another pair and refund my money on the 28th and no response other than the customer service rep saying she will let the claims dep. Know.

I tried on some glasses in a brick and mortar store and then went to price compare. I bought DG designer RX glasses for $77 - not the $200+ (and that's with insurance) I would have paid in a store. Thank you!
I received a package from EZ Contacts and when I opened it I discovered that the glasses inside did not match my order. In fact, the wrong glasses had been shipped to me.

I ended up with a very nice product for much less than the glasses would have cost me in a traditional store. However, I was not expecting to wait one month to receive the glasses, that's too long. And when I would contact customer service to ask when I could expect them they told me that the order was processing and didn't give me an expected date. I ordered them on August 24th and received them on September 23rd.
I wanted a pair of RL glasses, that I saw and tried on at Lenscrafters. However, i didnt want to pay THEIR PRICES.
My daughter told me about your website (i had never heard of it). Honestly, i was very skeptical. Got my information from the last place I went to for my glasses, Vision Works. VW doesn't sell high end name brand glasses. So... i punched in my specifics and crossed my fingers.
I have to say, i just LOVE MY NEW GLASSES! No adjustments necessary, i can see perfectly out of them. Absolutely no issues. In the past I have had glasses "redone" due to the fact that the RX was wrong etc.

Great glasses, great prices. Maybe a little slow about letting you know when something is out of stock or there's a problem. But, just call their customer service. They're great.
I waited for over a month for sunglasses I chose because they said I would receive them in 5-7 days. I canceled the order after 3 weeks and they confirmed that but a week later said they just received them and they were in production and they would charge me to cancel. It was ridiculous and I had to get my credit card company Involved
Kylie was able to assist with my request and provided great customer service.
She actively heard my inquiry and followed through!
My experience with John Miller was excellent. He was very nice and helpful. I did not apply a promo to my order at checkout, but he was able to apply it for me manually anyways. Great customer service.

I ordered my contacts within minutes. The checkout process was extremely easy. My welcome email 10% discount code wasn't working and Angel was super helpful in the chat to get my order total discounted.

I think it was a great experience, finding the frame and selecting the size and all that was pretty easy and straightforward, and the price was great. The order was delayed a little bit but still not bad at all. Would recommend and buy again for sure.
The glasses came in a timely fashion and are amazing quality. My son loves his very first pair of glasses. Will order again for sure.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
