First time ever ordering glasses on line. I wanted a particular frame and they had it much less than I would have paid at the doctor's office. They turned out perfect.
Good product, 7 1/2 week to deliver is to long. Called a couple of times. Will not order again...

Happy customer. Easy to order glasses, saved a ton compared to getting the same glasses in a store. Shipping was very fast, included some extra items like spray and eyeglass repair kit which will come in handy. Will use again!

Purchased pair of ray ban prescription glasses. Fast delivery and excellent price. Just what I expected
I needed another pair of glasses for driving at night to wear over my contacts ( I have mono-vision) and did not want to spend another $450. With measurements from the doc, I went online looking for the same glasses I ordered through my insurance. EZContacts site came up after searching for the style name and number. Yes, I read all the reviews-good and bad and then took a chance. Yes, it took about 2 weeks and was a little nervous that the bad reviews were right. But the glasses came. I love them! Arms of glasses are slightly different from the glasses I purchased through insurance, but same color, style, size AND I saved $300 out of pocket.
Very pleased. Waited forever for glasses on backorder on another site keep get pushed back. Found here and ordered and they were shipping immediatly and here less than a week. They are perfect.
I ordered contacts over a month ago and still have not received them, I contacted EZcontacts and they replied back with a tracking number I already had they did not respond to any of my follow up emails requesting further assistance or a refund.
I'll order again and would definitely recommend this site to everyone!
Would love to get more discounts or coupons though.
I have placed my order on Aug 6, and today the customer service rep told me I need to wait the other 2-4 weeks. Every time I ask, they just simply told me to wait the other 2-4 weeks.
Hopefully I will get my contacts after 12 weeks. While the website only said 2-4 weeks. They should have stated it is 2-4 weeks times N, the N can be any number.
I have ordered my contact lenses on 8/6, on the webpage it says it will need to take 2-4 weeks. After couple weeks I starting asking about the status of my order, all the customer service reps told me that there was a issue in Coopervision, nothing they can do but wait for the manufacture to make it.
And then thankfully yesterday I've got one customer service rep told me there was a problem with Coopervision and they finally were able to get my order processed. So it would take another 2-4 weeks to get my contact lenses. I am still not sure when I will get my contact lenses, hopefully 4 weeks?
In the meantime, I have not received any notification from EZContacts or Coopervision to tell me that there will be a delay, I have to contact EZContacts again and again for my order.
Due to the delay, now I don't have any supply and I was expecting that I will receive it soon, so I didn't place order on other sites. And even I want to buy it in other places, it all will take 2-4 weeks.
Overall my experience with this company was great, user friendly easy to order prescription glasses and so much less expensive. I saved 250.00 with Ezcontacts, highly recommend them.

I never received my order! I have emailed customer service about this repeatedly and still no response. Terrible customer service, I am going to report this as fraud if no one responds in the next few days.
I ordered a pair of glasses and received the correct frame style but in the incorrect color. I contacted customer service and asked for the correct glasses to be sent to me. I was told that I needed to send the incorrect glasses back and once they receive the incorrect pair, they will then begin to process the new correct pair.
So, here's the thing, I am a pretty reasonable person and I understand that mistakes happen and that there are policies in place to deal with incorrect orders. However, these are my glasses and I need them to see. So basically, they're asking me to send back the incorrect glasses that they sent me, wait for them to be received and processed and then wait another two weeks for the correct pair to arrive.
This is absolutely not going to happen. I can't just not have glasses for three weeks. I am not sure what they expect me to do.
To top it off, I responded to the rep and told him that this isn't going to work for me and I asked him if there were any other options and he never responded back. I am not basically stuck with a really crazy colored pair of glasses that I didn't order.
I would not recommend using this company if you want to receive what you ordered. It feels really bad to pay for something, receive the incorrect thing and then be ignored.
This site is very easy to order from and great customer service from Angel. I had a live chat with representative to check the status of my order and was very satisfied with my inquiry. Will definitely order from them again.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
