Overall I did like the glasses, however, shipping and processing takes a while. I took over 3 weeks for me to receive my glasses.
Not enough options on sunglasses lenses for Smith frames I chose. Brown only. Told back ordered. Chose another frame with different lenses she didn't read text fully and quoted other lenses. Then the original frames came and they said no choice now. Product received is good however. She didn't read text fully when I offered to pay extra shipping to get them here on time for a trip. They just shipped them and they arrived too late. Very frustrating.
I ordered glasses that didn't work for me due to size and fitting. EZContacts made the return and refund easy and smooth! Thank you!

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! I placed an order on 9. 28. 17 and paid for expedited shipping which was to be delivered in 5-7 days. Of course they charged my bank account immediately. I waited one week then emailed the company to inquire about the delivery status. I received a generic email stating that the office was closed and someone would get back with me on 10-8-17. I sent additional emails inquiring the status and indicated that I needed these frames ASAP. No response. Today I called customer service and waited 37 minutes to speak with a customer service rep only to learn that the frames were on back order! The customer service rep had only excuses as to why I was not notified. So maddening as I did not receive any notification that these frames were not available. I demanded a full refund and now have just wasted 11 days and need to find another company to get these frames. Highly disappointed. I hope you get more poor reviews to perhaps prompt you to change your business operations.

Looks like a run of the mill discount website. Everything works until you turn over your credit card info. Once they have your money you'll receive emails regarding the product you ordered. Turns out they function on just in time inventory processes; meaning they are possibly out of what you just ordered.
They give no indication whatsoever that anything may be out of stock or that their warehouses function this way. Further, when you contact customer service they use phrases like "let me be blunt" in order to make themselves feel better when mislead customers on the front end.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING BUT THE CHEAPEST SHIPPING. This is where they are most conniving. The "out of stock" emails have a NEW ship date based on when they actually get the item in stock. It doesn't matter if you've paid for quick shipping. They send it when they have it or tell you to pick something else from their inventory.
The company should stick to generic CSR shtick, they can't pull off what they are currently doing.
I was excited to find the Kate Spade glasses I had been looking for at a GREAT price!
The website was easy to use and checkout was painless.
However, it took more than two weeks for me to get my item and I had no correspondence, until I emailed to find out what was going on.
Correct prescription filled on sunglasses, and order came faster than expected. Frames arrived crooked at the temples, but nothing defective about the product (can be corrected by optician). Much more cost effective than ordering glasses at the optometrist's office.

I love the glasses but the order process was not intuitive... I selected a 5-7 day delivery and it took about 2.5 weeks. I understand that the prescription must be made first and all, that's fine, but all it said was "processing" for a week until I contacted customer service to ask what the status was. When it finally shipped, it told me it was "processing" at the initial location additionally for days, I wasn't sure if this was actually happening or if it was an error in the tracking UI... either way I'm very glad I finally got them but there was a point when I was wondering if they were ever actually going to arrive.
I take FOREVER to pick out new glasses - like MONTHS. I saw my current glasses on someone else - tried them on and knew immediately they were my new glasses. They are Tom Ford so I KNEW they would be expensive. I was right $400-500! EZContacts had them for $200! Thanks so much. They are authentic and the lenses are GREAT!
My son's glasses are great. I paid for expedited shipping (3-5 days) and it took 9 days. When I complained that thus was longer than free shipping (5-7 days), I got a meaningless response referring me to the shipping tracking number. Frustrating.

I love my glasses and I love the cost! When I signed up for extra tracking information I got less nervous but at first I thought I got scammed. I just wish they'd throw in a little line that says "please give time for the manufacturing or your lenses" or something like that. I honestly didn't mind waiting--I just got nervous at first when The day I thought they'd be here I got an email saying they started making them... once they shipped though they were here when they said they would be.
I loved my glasses just takes forever to ship, beside that they were perfect, will definitely order from EZContacts again

Great glasses & just what I wanted, but it took 3 weeks for them to get in! I was not expecting it to take so long
It is easy to buy. I like the option to ask for tint lenses that resemble the original sunglasses. The prices are very competitive, maybe some of the best ones. The customer support is very good. They are very attentive. However, it took a little bit over 5 weeks to receive my order. That is something they can work on.
My classes have become extremely scratched through normal use over a very very short time and I sent an email about this to which nobody replied. Please contact me.

Overall what mattered the most to me was the quality of the product, which was exceptional. Customer service was easy and friendly to talk to but my shipment took almost a month to arrive. Would have been OK with it if I was notified that my glasses was were backorder and delayed. The only reason I found out was because I called but other than that I had a great experience.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
