Glasses crooked, so getting them adjusted is necessary and I'll have to find someone to do this. I lost my glasses at college, so this was a great option to get them replaced and shipped to me at school.

I will continue to use this Company

The site is easy to use, accurately described and provides for good deals. The only reason I did not click on the best rating was that I feel that durations could be better communicated. I was all set and awaiting my order, but received an email quite a few days later telling me it would be another month.

All in all, it was worth the wait.

Delayed

Ordered from ez contacts because they said it would be 3-5 days. It took 3-5 weeks! No updates. No reasons. Tried twice to text a representative that could not tell me the delay or when it might be delivered.

I will never order again. After 2 weeks my order is still processing and nothing has changed. My last pair I received in one week after ordering. The return process is slow and a real burden, 2 weeks to get a refund. Wow! I'll be going to amazon for future purchases

Disappointed

I ask for photocromic glasses in my description I said "I want it to turn into black when I am outside " but look like they don't take my description and I have been waiting for my glasses during 6 weeks and if I didn't call them for asking some questions about my glasses because I expected that in 1 week at least they would not call me to tell me about that even a mail nothing, so I have to go see another frame to make my photocromic glasses like shame and wasting money

Slow service and poor communication

My glasses took one month to come. No communication from the company on why. I had to call and track them down. Customer service person was unhelpful when I called when I did receive the glasses I was not satisfied with them

Slow and lack of communication.

My glasses were back ordered and no one contacted me to tell me. I had to reach out and then they told me they were backordered for a month. Then after the estimated date they told me I still hadnt gotten any emails about shipment. I emailed again and they said the frames had arrived and they would check on it. That same day they miraculously were ready to be shipped. I will say, the man helping me upgraded my shipping to two day which was great and I do love these glasses but there was no communication on your part and when I ordered them they said 5-7 days they said nothing about backorderes.

The 2 stars are simply because the prices were low. Its a bait and switch of yes its in stock and once you order its 1-2 months until you receive the glasses. Consistently emailed them and got a lame excuse each time, just a very frustrating situation overall.

I spoke to representatives several times. I chose this site because I thought it would be easy but it was not. I also thought they were saving my prescription and each time I thought they did - but each time they did not and I would have to read my prescription... and not only that but each time I read the prescription the representative read it back incorrectly. I was happy with the price but was concerned when my glasses showed up they wouldn't be accurate.

Long Process

Ordered on 9/10/17 and didn't receive glasses until 9/29/17. I was expecting the process to take 5-7 business days but this was not the case. The customer service did not reply to my emails and I ended up phoning to get the problem sorted out.

Ordered contacts 9 days ago, paid extra for "fast" shipping still havent received a tracking number. I have zero confidence. For those who got screwed with their extra shipping charge, call your bank and ask for a refund. I am waiting to see if I ever receive the lenses, then I will charge back fully. These children running this awful business need to realize these are products people NEED, not WANT. This is not a pair of shoes that's delayed. EZContacts is everything but easy.

Received incorrect order
October 12, 2017

First time ordering my contacts online. Paid 18.00 to have them arrive in 3 days. They arrived but the order was incorrect. I sent an email immediately to let them know the orders were incorrect as well as tried to contact the company by phone but no one ever answered. About four days later I receive an email reply, no sorry we messed up your order just an RMA form. So I have to pay to ship the contacts back. Worst company ever.

11/10/2017 Received contacts in the mail a week ago. Was not expecting them. I applaud the company for doing the right thing here... I am upgrading to 4 stars instead of 5 due to the lenght of time it took to make things right.

Shipping was nearly a week longer than they advertised, and while their customer service would respond to emails, all they would say is they're sorry. No attempting to expedite order, offer of future discount, nothing. And this was an urgent order for child in school who NEEDED his glasses. Very dissatisfied customer!
