I received my glasses in exactly the time frame given and am very happy with what I received I would definitely order from here again! Very affordable!
The actual product is nice, they just took too long to arrive therefore I couldn't use them as planned.
The shipping on this product was absolutely terrible. I purchased for 5-7 business days, and I didn't receive the item until nearly a month after I purchased it. On top of that, the customer service was absolutely terrible when I contacted them about it.
My customer service rep helped me complete all of my requests. He was very responsive and helped me complete my first order when I was running low on contacts. Great service and highly recommend!

I have enjoyed the service from EZContacts in the past, but this purchase took nearly 4 weeks to arrive after ordering. This purchase was for a trip to Italy, but I had to quickly pay to get an old pair re-lensed because this order was not received. There was no communication as to the long delay and the status on the website was constantly on "order processing".

As of today I am still waiting on my order. My order was placed on Sept. 17,2017 and shipped to the Wrong address on October 02,2017. I have been calling and emailing and still no glassess and no refund. I am giving them until Friday to either refund my money or ship my glassess overnight. If its not done I will be contacting the credit card complany to get my money back. Worst Company EVER!

On site says it says you will get glasses within 5-6 business days... WRONG! I waited almost 2 months to receive my glasses from here and every time i called all anyone ever said was " its coming from over seas" they gave me 4 different days that it would arrive to there facility through out the time i was dealing with them and they had no idea every time i called when it was going to arrive or if it was already there it was by far the worst! I got jerked around for 2 months in order to save myself some money if i knew i was going to deal with that headache i would have gladly paid full price!
Placed order for frames and then added prescription lenses less than 12 hours later. Took weeks to hear from customer service. When I finally heard from them, they called me 3 times in a row, and when I didnt answer at exactly that time, they automatically cancelled my order. Took another week for them to get back to me after they said they would look into my order. Very poor customer service. The frames and lenses were good quality though.
Process was easy, simple, and a great price compared to other sites.
The only drawback was that my glasses were on backorder so it took a little longer, but it was worth the wait.

The frames and prediction lenses were great, and good value. However, it was 15 days between ordering and shipping. I felt like it was really a week longer then it should be, although there was never any obligation for EZ contacts to ship in that time frame.
I appreciate the competency of how my eyeglasses were completed. I did end up sending my back for an exchange and hope the same standards will apply on my next pair of glasses.
I ordered contact lens from them because of cheaper price. But it when I contacted them no one can tell when it will be shipped I added express shipping so it can be shipped faster, they charged my card but no contacts show up as they guaranteed.

I'm very happy with the price and quality. Unexpectedly, my glasses came with a very nice case, a cleaning cloth, cleaning spray and a mini key chain with eye glass repair kit screw driver. I was very impressed by the product presentation when I opened my box!

I purchased a pair of glasses that the site said would be available in 4-5 days. After purchasing I got an email a day after saying they will now be available in 15 days. Looking at the web page it still says 4-5 day availability, this should be updated as this is frustrating.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
