After finding a brand of choice and going with EZ contacts to create my ideal lenses I can honestly say this was the best decision ever made. I've been getting compliments back to back ever since I received the pair. Some folks think I got sunglasses and start bugging when I tell them they are prescription glasses. The initial package came with a case, cleaning kit and also extra pair of clear lenses as well as tools to adjust for comfort. Awesome Deal!
I placed my first order with EZContacts for a much lower price than my eye doctor! There was a small delay with my order so I contacted customer support. Daryl was great! He assisted me with my order quickly and assured he would personally take care of it, even expediting it for me. Will definitely order from EZContacts again :)

Buyer beware! Do not order anything from EZCONTACTS. I placed an order two and a half weeks ago for one box of contacts. It still has not shipped. All they provide are excuses. You're better off buying from a brick and mortar store than dealing with these morons.

Horrible service! Placed an order on 10/2 for contacts, on 10/18 and the order has not been received. Sent an e-mail requesting an update on the status of the order with no response or update on order status.

Terrible company. This is the second time I've had to cancel my order and had to go through PayPal to do it because NO ONE in customer service responds. I tried calling, the line doesn't work. Emails bounce back or aren't responded to at all. I don't know how someone can run a business like this. Total sham.

Was nervous with all comments online about this site being a scam. I ordered the same glasses I had lost and they were exactly the same, even the case. They did take a little time to arrive, but cheaper than most other sites, and great costumer service. Would order again.

I am not one to write reviews ever but something has to be said about my awful experience with this company -Still 3 weeks and no contacts, No shipping status or tracking even after several phone calls and promises to send tracking via email. Nothing. Currently I'm on hold as the 37th person (umm... what does that tell you?!?) while writing this review. They are closed Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays so if you call one of those days, you will get an odd reply from the phone number almost as if it was disconnected. I'm not convinced I will ever get my order sent to me. I've tried several other mail order lens companies without any issues. I decided to try EZ because of their "fast shipping guarantee". Not only is this the slowest shipping I've ever experienced but customer service has been horrible. Don't buy here. I have spent many hours of my time trying to get in touch with them, waiting on hold, emailing, etc... they have yet to give me any tracking or an explanation or even a simple apology. Ridiculous.
I received the same glasses from EZContacts faster than with my eye doctor. They were also $210 cheaper, same lenses and frames!

Ordered sunglasses. Not in stock, so had to wait. Got tired of waiting, so cancelled order. Disappointed!

I ordered three pairs of glasses-- almost $900 total. Received one pair in two weeks; still no word in the others-- despite several emails. The one pair of glasses received is nice, but with such service I cannot recommend nor do I intend to order from here again.
They took forever to get here - I had to call to find out status and the frames are perfect vomit the lenses are not working

They advertised something that they didnt have in stock. I dont know why they would even put it up. It would be a whole lot easier to its in back order. This company is the middle man they get there glasses from other companies. So when they say they have something they have to check if its even there after youve already placed your order thats why it took over month for my glasses to come in.

I do not believe the glasses are authentic, as I have many pair of this brand, and the glasses, packaging, quality is no where near.

I ordered discounted Tom Ford glasses and received the pair within 10 days with my prescription perfect and glasses authentic and looking good. These came more than half off a typical pair at a retail store and even included prescriptions. Great purchase. EZContacts is the best.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
