I ordered contact 3 weeks ago. Haven't received them. No way to track package. Called over a week ago was told it was a problem with manufacturer and it looked like they were shipping out that day. EZ Contact promised they would contact me with tracking number. One week later and no info or contacts. Just got off the phone again. They can't get info from manufacturer and won't return my money until they are sure they haven't shipped. They again promise they will contact me today with information once they here. RIDICULOUS that the order is delayed over 3 weeks and the company doesn't bother to provide any order updates or status nor do they provide any way to track orders online. I'm required to call and spend 30-60 minutes on the phone and get non-answers. Will take all future business elsewhere. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Worst ever I have placed order for a sunglasses 30 days ago and call them 7 days ago and costumer service representatives put me on hold to talk to factory and after 20 min she told me they will ship my item in a week after 10 days nothing happened and I email them and they told me I have to chose something else because item is not available i do't know why they did not tell me at beginning never ever will order from these people they keep lie and will not deliver there promise in the web site said item is available to ship in 5 day which was not

This site has horrible communication! I placed an order for two items, only one shipped and I was told the second would ship separately. I did not received any further information even after I emailed and asked for my item, I called and they didn't answer. Finally I was able to speak to someone and they said they were waiting for more stock of a frame (which I was never informed of!) Till this day I still have not received my item nor have they shipped it. Never ordering from this site again.

My son lost his glasses at school, I needed to replace them ASAP. The price to replace was 4 times higher than what I paid at ezcontacts. Ezcontacts will be my go to place for glasses from now on. Who knew I could save so much hard earned money. I am glad I found this company!

Kylie Grams was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. There were long gaps between answers on occasion, but I believe she was working on my questions at the time.

I was first attracted to this company due to the prices of their products. I was very impressed. Once I purchased my order, it took a 5 days for them to process/verify my prescription and send out my contacts. I contacted a representative (Angel), to check on the status. They dealt with my problem personally and assured that my order would be shipped out to be within 24 hours. I can't wait for them to be here.
Live chat offers convenient service in the ordering process from start to finish. Even though my initial experience of waitng 30 days for the unavailable spectacle, i still find myself drifting back to your frames on the web. The selections were great and so are the staff. I only wish your order completion time frame can be lessened, follow up on delays, or at least offer better discount for faithful customers--Not a good start if you want eyewears within a month. Otherwise, the site is fairly easy to use.

I ordered a pair of michael kors frames that aren't sold by very many vendors and it was by far the cheapest price point (also there's a great online coupon floating around for 10% off your first order). I was frustrated because my order was listed as "processing" for around a week and began looking up reviews on sites like these (at which point i started to get really worried). Once my tracking number was emailed to me it was smooth sailing from there. My frames arrived today (ordered 10/9, arrived 10/19) and they're BEAUTIFUL, i could not be happier! Would order from this site again.
Edit: if it makes any difference, i ordered the display frames only and am planning to get the lenses made by a local optician.

I ordered contacts on oct 5th and I have still not received them or heard anything from the company. I contacted them last week to see why it was taking so long and she blamed the manufacturer but still couldn't tell me how long I would be waiting. I have never ever been so angry with a company. I'm pretty sure they wont send them I think the website is a scam. A real business would have sent me an email saying they were on backorder but no not this company.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
