Havent received my glasses that I have ordered. Please send me my glasses or issue a refund. I have tried to call and get a response but I keep getting hung up on. Can someone please give me a call to discuss what happened to my order.

It took more than a month to receive my prescription sunglasses. I contacted EzContacts after the first 3 weeks of waiting, and I got a boiler plate email response telling me to be patient. After a month of waiting, I called customer support and the person I spoke to seemed surprised that my glasses were so delayed. They assured me the glasses were complete and that they would be shipping out that day, but it wasnt until the following week that I actually got notice that the glasses shipped with a tracking number. If my order is delayed this significantly beyond the promised timeframe, I expect the business to do more to at least let me know.
Although the quality of the lenses were perfect and seemed to match the prescription we needed and they were able to expedite our shipping, its very hard to say whether or not we will be ordering from here again. It seems it takes forever just to receive the glasses. Some people reported a whole month has passed since they received theirs, which is hard to wait for when those like my husband need them for job safety reasons and maybe prefer to shell out the extra money needed at a local optometrist just because it'll be faster. I had to contact them twice through email and ONLY until I requested a refund through Paypal did they ever get back to me with a real solution. I had to go through 3-4 people in order to receive a response, which was only because they'd lose out on their money had I not requested my money back. So, I highly doubt I will be utilizing their services again and I recommend just you go spend the extra money to see your local optometrist for the glasses if you have a prescription that is not changed and still able to use within the year prior to expiry. Also they close all the time before hours of operation and even during Thursday and Fridays, they seem to never be open.

Ordered $200 sunglasses Oct 9 2017. Shipping delayed 10 days. When package arrived it was empty. Phoned ezcontacts immediately. 48hrs later an email arrived saying I had to wait 20 days before filing a claim that ezcontacts had shipped an empty box. Called customer service. Told could not help as was with claims dept. Asked to speak to some one in claims. Told phone number not available. Asked to speak to supervisor, told would receive a call back in another two days. To recap: received an empty box, out $200; have to wait 20 days to even start claim process and help desk refuses to provide the phone number for claims desk or to put someone on the line to resolve my issue.

I've ordered prescription glasses and received it a month after then it didn't work for me and had to return. So my refund got back to me like another 3 weeks. Anything that's advertised(time wise) is wrong! I found it very irresponsible. I had to keep calling to keep up other than that it could have been even worse or longer!
Molly K gave me excellent customer service and was able to fix my order. She took the time to listen and really helped!
Recently ordered 2 pairs of glasses a week apart. 1st pair arrived perfect with minimal delay as had prior orders. 2nd pair( same prescription) required multiple customer service delays and interventions due to a size issue initially, which required a frame selection (listed as in stock) change during an online chat. 10 days later i get an email saying frame color not available and discontinued but all other colors of that frame still available and requested that i let her(Holly) know immediately if I want another color or choose another frame all together. I responded immediately to email to select another color same frame. I emailed again 2 more times my choice 2 times over 3 days and got no responding email confirmation. On 4th day i called to achieve the change of frame color and asked why I got no response to my responding emails... No answer. I was assured my ammended instock order would be completed in short order. I was forced to pay an additional $21 dollars because new color of same frame was more expensive. I wasnt happy to be charged more after all the delays and the ignorance of my emails. A week later I get a shipping confirmation email at 511pm that details new frame with incorrect prescription. Somehow my original confirmation email of original frame and correct prescription changed without my authorization. See October 3 email which I sent back to customer service. I again emailed a response to the shipping confirmation letting known incorrect prescription. More emails detailing errors next day and got no responses. Finally, I called again yesterday and was told I would get a call back that day to find solutions to never ending problems. No call back. I got an email at 533pm saying I would have use return label and return package to remake lenses and then send back to me. Almost a month has passed and I dont have the glasses that i paid for -then paid more for and was ignored on multiple email communications. There are customer service issues and order fulfillment issues. Just Saying. I remarkably held my composure in my phone conversations and tried very hard to be understanding of the delays and mistakes despite being treated poorly.

Loving my new glasses at first I was inpatient with the shipping but after all they do need to make them first.
Received the glasses within 10 days i believe... perfect condition and prespcrition. I love my new glasses!

We tried the frames on at an eye Dr office. My son loved a designer pair that would be over $200. I searched the frame online and EZcontacts had the same frames for under $100! And that included the lenses!
Awesome glasses a lot cheaper than buying them else where definitely use them for glasses and contacts in The future

Cheap prices, but comes with a price. Ordering was easy, They contacted my eye care for prescription info which only took a few days. Processing, confusion, shipping and eventually receiving took over a month. Customer service was terrible and little help. Took multiple phone calls and emails to see whats going on. Never received a tracking number and then day of delivery I finally was emailed with "order delivered!" 5 weeks later I received my contact order, they had sent it RED UPS 1 day! NOT IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY!
Nice selection of glasses at a good price point.
Took a little longer than expected receive item, but overall good experience.
Worst customer service experience ever.
1. Customer service open only during normal office hour and I had to wait at least 30 minutes to speak to someone.
2. Customer Service Rep kept seems not want to hear about the case or not want to resolve the issue. Kept said no for everything. I asked if I can speak to manager and he just hand up the phone!
3. In order to resolve my issue, I contact customer service via email.So far I have received about 10 emails and still no one understand what is going on because whoever respond seems not care about the case. I have been trying to resolve this for three weeks and still not there yet.
If you have the eyeglasses at the first time, you are lucky. If not, good luck with you.

Took over a month for them to ship the glasses. When they finally did arrive the glasses were damaged. Communicating with the company with ridiculous. I will NEVER use this company again.

Very satisfied with my Carrera prescription sunglasses at a decent price. Pretty quick to ship out once I asked for an update.
I placed an order for contact lenses. After a few weeks (longer than any other online lens company has ever taken) I received lens for wrong prescription of one eye. I have been fighting with them for over a month to have correct lenses sent. They keep giving me the run around. I'm now contacting my credit card company to hold payment.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
