Contacts needed replacing in a couple of weeks. Ordered a few pairs and it said 5-7 days. After 8 days I emailed them and got nothing. Email again on the 9th day and they responded saying they're out of stock and to allow an additional 5-7 before it even ships. Really, guys? These aren't clothes, these are peoples eyes. Would have been damn helpful to know they were sold out when i ordered so other plans could have been made. Even on my order page there is no mention of being sold out. Shady.
I understand that customizing prescriptions takes some time but I would have greatly appreciated someway of tracking my orders. Frames were perfect but the shipping time makes me reconsider ordering frames from your site next time. And I also made a second order and it's been almost a month and I was told yesterday that my order is still in the lab and may take another 3-4 weeks. That's crazy, I thought my first order shipping time was bad but wow.
A major retailer quoted my prescription glasses with insurance for $190 - I was able to purchase my fantastic Versace specs at EZContacts for $150 without even using my insurance money. Plus the polycarbonate lens upgrade was included in that 150 price. Now I can save my insurance for contacts. I'll definitely be back for more glasses and maybe look to but my contacts here - great company, service, products... triple win!
Wow. Took FAR too long to get glasses that were promised in 5-8 working days. More like a MONTH. Customer service could care less.
Good service. Although I would have liked an expected ship date when order was placed since the were to have prescription lenses installed

This site is awesome in my experience! It did take a little while about ten days but it was also described as so. It said it would take a little longer & it was much worth the wait
My order said it would take a week and it took about a month. If your lucky to get a hold of customer service they are very nice and help a lot.

The eyeglasses were good. The pd measurement I ordered was done wrong. Even though the receipt matched what I ordered, they did something different.

I had to call like 4 times to get my glasses ordered and one time i called someone and they said they would call me back, proceeded to hang up, then not call back. Then it took extremely long for my order to come in.
After waiting since the 23rd of August 5-7 business days for my contacts (13 business days), I was finally able to get some information from a helpful representative named Kylie Grams regarding when my contacts would be arriving and she was able to provide me with the information quickly.

Great customer service by Angel! I asked to have a discount applied to my Rayban Sunglasses (always excluded from various promotions), and she even raised my discount.
I will never use this company again for anything. Glasses took 3 weeks, never got updates, and waited at least 30 minutes on the phone about 6-7x to get answers.

Ordering my progressive lenses and frames was so convenient and easy! The only negative was that they took quite some time for me to receive my glasses because they were on back order. However, Upon receipt of them, I was and am still thrilled with my purchase. Prior to purchasing the frames on line, I shopped around to find the best price and fit/style for me (in stores). EZContacts had the best price and the color/style frames I was looking for. I saved $70 by ordering my frames from EZContacts and because I wanted progressive lenses, I saved so much $$$ by also ordering on EZContacts. I would definitely order from this site again!

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
