I ordered my contacts online on Sept 4th. I opted to have the Rx verified vs. uploading the Rx because I didn't have a scanned copy of it at the time, only a paper copy. A week later and we're still "verifying the Rx". I started an online chat with Angel and next thing you know my Rx is verified and contacts will be on their way within the next 24hrs!
My customer service rep and order person were both Extraordinary! They helped me get my order completed and shipped in a timely manner. I will continue my service here just because of Angel and Levi.
I was having trouble ordering contacts, as I'm from Norway, and we don't require prescriptions in order to buy contacts. However, John Miller with EZContacts' customer service helped me out, and made it possible for me to order contacts.
I wanted to get my prescription to them and change my shipping time! They were so helpful. Angel helped me and was amazing at their job!

My experience with EZ Contacts live chat was extremely pleasant. Kylie Grams was helpful and answered my concerns with precise information that further clarified my issue. I wanted to know the status of my order and further shipping information that she provided prior to me asking. She went above and beyond. Kylie was also patient enough for me to come back to my computer after a couple of minutes of me being away. Looks like I will be purchasing from EZ Contacts again. Pun intended.

I am happy with the purchase, specifically with the price and quality, but it too more than 3 weeks to receive my glasses. However, my credit card was immediate charged... :(
Got the exact pair I wanted for half the price! The glasses did take a while to get shipped. Once they shipped, the package was quickly delivered. Awesome prices!
The cut of the lenses was very poor. Glasses had to be returned. They only refunded 50 percent of the price of the lenses. So basically, I had to pay 60 dollars to learn not to use this company.

I'm pleased with my new eyeglasses... My order was fairly complex, with the best transitional lenses in the lightest weight I could get, also with the best non-scratch treatment available. I was able to use a promo code that saved me quite a bit of money.

Received quick response to my question regarding the shipping status of my order. I was provided with the tracking number and anticipated delivery date.
Went to check on an order that hadn't shipped yet and the associate John MIller helped me out big time. He relayed to me it would be shipping today which is great because I leave for vacation at the end of next week. Two thumbs up!

Frames are a little smaller than I expected. But glasses fit well and are super cute. Would purchase from you again.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
