I got a good deal on my frames and with the promotion that was offered, I went ahead and purchased prescription lenses. I have this same prescription on several other pair of glasses and the lenses I received in this pair I bought from EZContacts were not the same. If anything the prescription is either a little off or the quality of the lenses is poor. The lenses are transitional bifocal lenses and the top half is just a little off on clarity. The lenses also have a lot of glare and I only have this problem with these lenses. I can tolerate a little bit, but these are just irritating. Unfortunately, they offer little use other than being very expensive reading glasses -that is about all I can use them for.
FYI -the "I am not a robot" verification process is a bit too time consuming - you need to make it a bit more efficient.
I have placed many orders for both my Rx and Rx sunglasses through EZContacts. I don't know how they do it, but I get name brand glasses much more affordably than elsewhere, often with Rx lenses ad no additional cost. Anytime I have needed help from customer service, they are right on it. I have and will continue to recommend EZContacts to anyone who asks!
What a horrible experience. Waited 3 weeks for the glasses, with no updates. I had to call daily and was promised a call back. Of course no one called back. TERRIBLE communication.
I cheated with Daryl grimes and he was able to give me a discount when one wouldn't work for me. He also said it would be shipped in 24 hours he would personally work on the order. Was able to email him my prescription. Can't wait to get them!

I tried to contact service and it took a week for them to get back to me... by then they said they couldnt change my order or where it was sent.
When I placed the order for my glasses I was given a estimated delivery date. One day after placing order I was given a different delivery date. Needless to say I received my glasses almost one month later

I am really excited about finally ordering the prescription sunglasses I've wanted for years and when it seemed like they were taking a little longer than I wanted I entered an online chat with EZContacts Customer Service Agent Daryl Grimes. Daryl was fast and very courteous and let me know that my glasses were in the process of being made and would ship this week. Heck it's Wednesday now so I couldn't be happier. The wait was 4 weeks. I sent an email inquring about when my order would come the lady didnt respond until the day the package was due to be received. Shipping went from a DHL truck from California in New York to usps couldn't you just have sent it USPS in the first place.
It was my first time ordering with this company. My son wanted a specific frame and they had it at the best price. Ordering was easy and my son loves his new glasses.

It took about 6 weeks to get my order and every time I called to check on the order I was told it would be sent out in the next couple of days. A month later I finally got them. This was my second pair. The last time took over 2 months to receive my order. The product and value is great but the wait time and excuses are terrible.
Glasses came as ordered and on time. I would've had to pay $30 more to get the same frame with basic lenses at VisionWorks. I got transitions lenses with all the bells and whistles on the same frame I tried on in the office. Love this site!

I waited nearly 3 weeks for my glasses. I had to contact them regarding the status of my order and waited over 30 min. To speak with someone.

EDIT: It took filing a complaint with the BBB for them to actually process my refund. Interesting how in the same afternoon I submitted my complaint, the money was refunded to my bank account. I'm relieved I got my refund, but this will not change the fact that I'll never buy from them again.
I've been trying to get my money back (over $100) for a pair of glasses I returned a MONTH ago. They promise your money back within 72 hours of receiving the returned item, which is a flat-out lie. Tracking shows they received my returned item over three weeks ago, and customer service reps have confirmed they have my return. They keep telling me I'll see my money soon, that they're prioritizing my case, that they're just a little backlogged, etc. These have all been lies. Please save yourself the trouble and TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
