Your selection is awesome but it sure is hard to find images of the frames on actual people. You at least need a front view of the frames...
Christer made me decide to still go thru with my order from this company due to his great customer service he stayed in contact with me daily letting me know exactly what was going on I would go thru them again if they had the frames I wanted in stock cause the delivery time of frames comming from the warehouse to my house is timely as long as they have it in stock but alot of frames they didn't when I bought from them the company doesn't have enough frames at there warehouse and it takes a long time for them to get shipments in so they do need to work on that but christer has me very satisfied since the great lengths he went thru to make sure I was happy and updated on progress thank you so much christer!

I have ordered from EZContacts twice now. The first time there were no problems, and I ordered a years supply of contact lenses. Everything went smoothly.
The second time I ordered, just recently, I ordered a pair of eyeglasses and after 5 days I emailed customer service asking when they would be shipped and received a response that it can take up to 7 business days to ship... I waited until the 9th business day and emailed again, and suddenly received an email notification that my order had shipped. Then, another email from the same customer service rep that it was shipped. No explanation of what happened or any offer of compensation. I finally received my glasses on November 27th after having placed my order on November 8th. Nothing too traumatic but slightly annoying.

Lied about the delivery I ordered on Oct 10 will not received until after January! Also the people who work for them lied I was told 4 weeks than 4 more weeks! Their said and horrible place to buy any sunglasses

I always Buy from Ez-contacts and Always get high quality and authentic frames. They might be little slow to get you the glasses (long processing time) but if you contact them they do their best to get you your frame on time you need. I would also want to mention costumer service employee name LEAH she is the best, she did a great job for me when she accelerate the process and made it easy and smooth process. I would recommend everyone to order from EZContacts.com. They make Easy, Simple and they are there to help if you have issues or problems!
I liked the facility to order prescription glasses at this website. Plus, they are way cheaper than buying them at a store. Frames and prescription glasses arrived in great condition. Nicely packaged. The only bad thing is the time it took for my order to arrive. Ezcontacts specified an arrival date of two weeks, but I received my order after 3 and a half weeks. Overall, I am satisfied with my order.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
