Make sure to call after placing your order to expedite your process. After I spoke to someone directly I receive my product with in 2 busies days after placing my order.

I would order again from EZ Contacts. The rep was prompt with my issue and offered a quick solution. This is my third order with them and I will more than likely use them the next time I need to place an order.

My discount code was not working. I tried a few times and it was invalid for some reason. I click CHAT and I got help right away. Easy and fast I was able to order my contact lenses and got my discount advertised on the website. Now I just need to seat and wait for my new contacts.

I have been using EZ Contacts since I discovered them. Ihave ordered several pairs for myself, my husband and my son. The only complaint that I have ever had is that the glasses can take a while to arrive sometimes. Other than that, it is a great service. Highly recommended!

The glasses are beautiful and came in a short amount of time! Love hem! So they came with cloths and a screwdriver which i thought was nice. I would definitely buy from them again.the only thing was that they didnt have the color that i originally ordered so they asked me to pick another color. But other than that i do not have complaints.

The frames are great the lens are great I love them. They had to be back ordered and I wasn't told this when I ordered them. But the price was great compared to a local retailer.
Glasses fit great. I was sceptical about using an online company to get my glasses but these fit great and I'm getting a lot of compliments.

This was my first time purchasing a pair of Rx glasses online, and it will not be the last! My overall experience was great, the only hang up I had was the delivery of my Rx sunglasses. They came in about 2 weeks after my regular pair of glasses came in. I would like to know if the frame wasn't in stock, special case for my prescription, etc. An e-mail would've done the trick. Other than that, it was a great first experience.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
