I have been waiting for 6 months for glasses and receive no communication about the order, unless I email and aks.

I ordered glasses from EZ contacts. The frames came out well, however the prescription lenses were really bad. They had a VERY bad reflection that kept showing on my glasses. I've been using glasses for the past 10years and never had this problem with glasses showing such a terrible reflection/glare. I've never used antiglare on my previous glasses either, so same way I ordered these glasses with out any antiglare but these glasses turned out very bad.

I had an online chat with Angel to ask a question. She went above and beyond to make sure my question was answered and showed much courtesy and top notch customer service!
I asked a straightforward question about the cost of having my lenses replaced as the wrong prescription was put into the frames. I received a return form as a response. I don't want to return the frames, I wanted the lenses replaced and wanted to know the cost to do so.
However, when I called EZContacts with a different question, my experience was excellent.

Only slight negative was that I had to buy compressed lens which cost a bit more than I'd want but happy nonetheless.
I was excited to receive my glasses. Cute brown frames with a blue fade on the bottom and petite enough to fit my face. I finally receive then and put my glasses on only to have the lenses make them unwearable. Hazy and lots of glare from all the lights. Seriously, it looks like Im seeing through filthy lenses, and no amount of cleaning improves this issue. Extremely disappointed and will be ordering strictly from Zenni Optical in the future.

Found the glasses I had wanted for way cheaper than my eye Doctor was charging. Theyre name brand, the came quick! It was a breeze! Love my new glasses!
I ordered a frame for my son on November 29,2017 and paid 30.00 for one day shipping.The frame was in stock. I had to call on December 4 since no one called or sent an email. I am now told the frame is discontinued and they can't get it. I asked why did it say it was in stock. I was told I went to their old website. No idea what that means. These people are incompetent. Do not buy from them.
Going thru the ordering process is very easy to follow and self-explanatory. Although there was a glitch with the prescription verification, I was able to follow up thru the chatting app, and got a speedy and efficient customer service from Daryl Grimes, who took the time to clear out the mistake with the verification team, and put a rush request for a next day delivery. Overall is easy to order thru the website, and the customer service is very responsive.
This site is easy to navigate and order from. Was waiting on verification of my script. Guess my doc is a little slow. Contacted thru chat and was able to email the script and have it verified and processed all at the same time! Great site and service!

The time to fulfill my order was lengthy but I love my glasses. I ordered a new pair & hope they will arrive by 12/13.
Never recieved my glasses. Empty box showed up at my door. No help getting frames reordered. Said i have to wait for claims process to actually reorder everything. Been almost a week and no ones called me yet. Possibly the worst experience ive ever had - take care of your customers that pay you money for your products. Garbage customer service is only 9-5 mon through thur and 9-12 on friday? This isnt a bank its an online company that NEEDS customer service. What a joke this company is. Never giving this company any of my $ again.

I bought a pair of sunglasses that showed as available on the site. I selected for my new prescriptions lenses to color match the original lenses shown with the glasses. The original lenses were a dark but usable tone of warm brown. The lenses I received are an almost unusable dark tone of green/grey. And it took about 2 months before I received them with no updates along the way. I had to reach out and ask instead. Not ideal. Some kind of timeline updates for something with such a long and unexpected wait time should be provided.

I have called twice to inquire about them. The first time I spoke to Alice who listened to my questions, and answered them accordingly. She even offered to expedite the shipment as a courtesy. Then, almost a week after I received an email showing that the glasses had shipped, I called again because the delivery date had changed to reflect another week out. That is when I spoke to a person who did not bother to hear my concerns (or just didn't care to address them, cut me off while I was speaking, and when I tried to get a word in to redirect him to the question at hand he so rudely asked "if you (I) would let me(him) finish. So, I patiently let him finish before giving him my opinions regarding his customer service skills. I chose not to direct my concerns to a manager since it is the holidays and only assumed that he was having a bad day (from previous callers) as we have all experienced at one time or another.

I received glasses that are defective! I need this to be made right! I shouldnt have to pay shipping and then a restock fee. The glasses I received are not symmetrical on the left and right side. They are mishaped. Please fix this. Thank you!

The glasses finally arrived a month later than expected, so I am satisfied in that regard. But very vague and no one could get ahold of the lab on why my order was taking so long even with expedited shipping. So I am very happy they showed up because I was beginning to wonder if I had been scammed. However they are exactly as ordered.

Eyeglasses were a problem, but they made up for the delays with free next day shipment and after I returned them, they immediately refunded my costs.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
