I had placed an order with the incorrect card (forget to use my insurance card) and Daryl was able to help me cancel that order and re-do another in short order.
He was fast, very efficient and extremely courteous. Wish every company had customer service people like him!

I opted to buy contacts with them mid-July when I was travelling, but they didn't arrive as they advertised in time and so they were sent back to them. I contacted them about sending them to me at my permanent address, which turned into a nightmare. At first, they didn't acknowledge they recieved them back, then after several MONTHS they did. In the meantime I opened a dispute with my CC, but EZ Contacts convinced me to close the dispute so that they could refund me, or so they said. Several months later, they haven't! After many emails to them, they repeatedly told me, "We've refunded this already", etc., but its not true. What a disaster. Avoid this company! They are corrupt and dishonest, or incompetent at best.
Ordered my daughter's glasses(2 pairs) on 11/8/17 I received x1 on 11/24/17 and no information as to when the next would arrive. Mind you my original email states I would get it between 11/17-11/25/17. Still have not received any info on my 2nd pair!
Scoured the internet for a great price on Gucci's (non prescriptive with transition lenses) for my son. EZContacts showed best price, built and delivered quickly. Very satisfied.

The website didn't give me the proper discount which i give it 1 star for. If you are going to offer a cyber savings, make sure the website works. I had to spend time contacting customer service who i would give 5 stars too. They were extremely helpful and recalculated my discount. I should just never have had to contact them in the first place.
Ordered my glasses and received them a month later. I was ready to ask for a refund but i bought those nice frames at a really low price. I called customer service, they told me the wrong size arrived from the manufacturer so they had to order my size again. It would have been nice tk receive an email or call from the first customer representative i talked to prior. I told them that once my glasses are ready to ship them one day shipping, they said they would but knce i received the shipping notification, my glasses got there a week later. But i was really pleased with the frames and they little extras they included in the package.

I was apprehensive thru-out the whole process until I received my prescription glasses and they were perfect. Tech support Eddy answered all my questions & concerns to help me populate the online order form from the prescription provided by my optometrist.

The lenses are not right with my script. The frames are great quality for an awesome price. It took two weeks for the glasses to arrive.

While placing an on line order, I mistakenly closed the website. Upon reopening i didn't see the order so I started another. Afterwards, i saw that i rec'd two email confirmations. Customer Service was able to cancel the duplicate order within seconds of my explanation of what happened. Daryl G was professional and very quick to resolve my issue.

I order my glasses on September 24,2017. The frames I selected were back ordered and estimated to be available between October 16 and November 6. I called once between the estimated dates and didnt receive an update on the arrival date. I called again around November 6th and learned they would be arriving to the lab on November 14th. I finally received them on November 17th.

My contacts took a long time process because my doctor forgot to update my new exam in the system. I'm on my last pair of contacts and can't purchase new ones until the ones I ordered came into the mail. Thankfully they had an option for Live Chat and Daryl Grimes saved me a lot of trouble. We worked it out and had the order processed immediately because he knew I ran out of contacts. Really genuinely cared and was very helpful.
It's been 2 weeks since my order, and it still hasn't shipped. You can, however, chat with support, and the person I chatted with, Daryl Grimes, applied expedited shipping at no additional cost and applied a promotion code that was currently active. Hoping the shipping is sent soon, as I'm essentially out of contacts.
First time purchasing frames and prescription lenses online and I am so happy! I think the quality of the lenses I purchased through EZContacts is even better than the lenses I get at Target Optical. I will definitely purchase through EZContacts again! And I will refer to friends!

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
