I bought the glasses time ago, they took about a month and half to get to my house because I live under an APO address and also my glasses prescription is hard to make cause I have two different things in each eye. I really really love the eyeglasses and everything is perfect.
I ordered two pairs of glasses- one came within days and I love them but I'm still waiting to receive my prescription sunglasses. A good selection and best price I saw, I just hope my other pair comes soon!

The tortoise color was more subtle than the pic suggests, which is what I wanted... more of a brown less of a brown/light brown tie dye look. Love them!

I had placed an online order on 11/22. On Thanksgiving day, I received an email from your company offering a 10% discount on orders. I tried calling the 800 number, but of course the company was closed. As I mentioned, it was Thanksgiving. So I did the live chat and Kylie Grams joined the live chat. She/he was able to offer me the 10% discount on my existing order as I had asked for. She/he also sent me an updated invoice reflecting that discount. I was super thrilled to have been able to get this handled so fast, especially since it was Thanksgiving. This is what I call GREAT customer service. Thank you!

5 Star, very satisfy with service, delivery time and the glasses I received came in a very nice package including cleaning and repair kit.
Glasses took well over a month to arrive. I had to call customer service after 3 weeks and it wasn't until I threatened to cancel my order that they became cognizant of my order. I am pleased with the glasses, they were a great deal.

I ordered Rec Specs but they turned out to be backordered, I was wondering if I would ever receive them, glad they finally came, nicely packed up with no issues. Thanks.
My wife loved her new glasses. The frames were missing a decorative piece when they arrived. The frames were replaced quickly with no problems.
I needed to have the lenses replaced in a pair of glasses purchase tthough EZ contacts. I followed the directions and return the glasses for the repair. After three weeks I contacted them and the glasses were still sitting at the return center, not sent for repair. Finally they did send it in and return the glasses to my former address not the address written on the return form. The glasses are now in a different city and Im attempting to get them back. I will not be purchasing glasses through this company again.
I bought Ray-Ban RX5187 then the second day it has a lower price.
So i contacted the costumer service.(Daryl Grimes) was really helpful and cooperative, and smart as well...
They gave me new price:)

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
