Recently received my second pair of glasses. In both cases, the prescription was perfect. In the past, went to in-house optometrists and got glasses after my examination. There was always a period of adjustment with vision and fit. An ophthalmologist provided my prescription for these glasses, which made a big difference. The glasses I bought at ezcontacts have been perfect, even the fit. My first pair was untinted. With the second pair, I had free prescription and tint. I misjudged the amount of tint and they were darker than expected. This experience will help with my third pair, which I plan to order soon. The prices cannot be beat. I have told several people about this site.

I had a problem uploading my script with my order, it crashed and didn't work. This is actually why I was hesitant to order online, I am not great at technology. John was so patient and helpful and worked with me through several attempts to get the script to email properly. He was great, he even caught and error on my order vs. what the script had. When I needed new glasses, I found a pair at Lenscrafters that would have cost over $400. I found the exact same pair on EZ Contacts, and with the upgraded lenses I ordered, they cost literally half the price. They also came with a case, a bag, a repair kit, lens spray, and a second pair of lenses and wire (for half-frame glasses). I was completely blown away; I cant imagine ordering glasses from anybody else in the future!

I was able to find a product comparable to the Rec Specs brand at half the cost at EZContacts. It was a simple search and the pictures were accurate for the colors my son was looking for. The product arrived several days early, and my son was thrilled to have his Astros colored sport glasses. There were actually an extra pair of lens included that had a slight tint to them. The extra lenses did not have the antiglare, but I wasn't even expecting an extra set of lens - fantastic!
I am very happy with my order. The glasses arrived just as ordered. The order took a little longer than I anticipated but it was definitely worth the wait.

I was a little apprehensive about getting the cheapest lenses- but I figured it was worth a shot- they turned out amazing! Love the glasses - and the quick and easy service
I paid $50 extra for Krizal coating and my glasses didn't have one. It took more than a month to get my order and it was wrong. I sent photos and everything but no response from customer service. Just Horrible. If I could give 0 star i would give this company 0 star

My package never came and I was told to fill out a claim seven weeks after I ordered it. They kept telling me it was on its way. Then finally told me to file a claim. I don't belive they ever even filled my order as USPS says they never received the package from them. I'm still waiting on my $233.38 refund.

The frame was exactly as what I expected and they also provided me a hard cover case to protect my lenses from the same price. I usually buy prescription glasses from a store near me and they give me a poor soft case of the boutique instead the designer case of the frame. I have never had an issue with contacts or glasses that was not resolved. They are quick and quality is good.
I ordered two prescriptions glasses and they only had one on stock, they should let me that when I did the order not two or three days later.

No surprises. Love the lenses. As soon as I put the glasses on. Perfect! The vision and the fit. I had no idea a second pair of lenses was included.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
