This was my first experience buying glasses on line and I am very happy with this purchase. I shopped the frames at a local eyeglass boutique where they were substantially more expensive. I found the frames here and decided to try it. I got a perfect pair of glasses at a great discount. I would use this site again in a heartbeat.
Great glasses for a even better price. Easy and fast check out. This is my 5th time ordering from the site and I will continue to purshace from them.
My name brand glasses were a great deal, but I was not informed that they were backordered. A month after my order i called about my order, to which they said they'd check up on and call me back. They didn't. I email because I couldn't get through to anyone any time after, they said it was backordered. Two months later I email again, only to have them tell me it's still backordered. Finally almost 3 months after placing my order, my glasses came in. The last guy I emailed, Rex, was very nice and even express shipped it when they finally fulfilled my order. I don't see why no one would contact me about my 2.5 month old order. I had to keep asking about them. I only got through his phone once and never again. 2 stars because of the price and Rex. Overall I probably would not here again.

This frame was back ordered six weeks on EZcontacts, but the price was so great I ordered anyhow. A few days later I got a shipping notification and I had the glasses in hand a few days later. The frames are perfect and the Rx is too. Would definitely use again and recommend.
Mine is a rather difficult prescription. I am very pleased with the glasses they sent, the accuracy, time and expense involved.

Shipping time falsely advertised. The website stated 4-5 day delivery window. After placing my order, I got an email advising that it will take 4 to 8 weeks to ship the glasses.

The eyeglass industry has definitely changed. I think I saved a lot of money by going out of network with my eyecare and still getting the designer glasses that I really wanted at a fraction of the cost.

I bought several pairs of prescription glasses with no fear because the return policy states they offer a 100% refund. Only 1 of the frames fit me so I requested to return the rest of them. Now they are telling me I'm responsible for hundreds of dollars in restocking fees. Ridiculous. Going to fight this. Hopefully with the help of PayPal I can get my money back.

I was very skeptical of this site when I ordered. I ordered anyway and I received an email the next day that my glasses I picked were back ordered for 3 months. I emailed back and said I wanted the same glasses but in a different color. They changed my order right away and the glasses showed up 7 days later like I was told. The glasses are perfect, there is nothing wrong with them and they even came with a few cleaning accessories.
Great customer service and exceptional prices with significant discounts when comparing to retail stores.

Ordering through EZ Contacts was super easy and quick! They did all the leg work confirming my subscription with my doctor and shipping was quick. Not to mention extremely cheap compared to the prices at the eye doctor. Amazing experience!

I have purchased both glasses and sunglasses from here multiple times about 5 different pairs. Every time I have been completely satisfied with both the quality and the price. I went to another retailer before I found this company and the 2 pai8rs of sunglasses with my prescription in each were $530. I ended up purchasing the same exact frames with my prescription from Ezcontacts.com for almost half the price for $260. I absolutely love this company and will probably never switch to another. I've never had an issue or has to call in to customer service so that is always a plus.
Way too many delays, which caused the glasses to arrive almost a month later but once they arrived my grandson had no complaints.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
