I ordered glasses from EzContacts. They were exactly what I expected, perfect lenses and very fast shipping!
My glasses are awesome. I will purchase frames and lenses again. Easy, fast and I didnt have to area doctor.
After paying several hundred dollars for my daughters contacts, I didn't want to pay the inflated prices for glasses from the same place. I was in the store and searched online for the frames she wanted and found them for about 1/3 of what they were charging for the frames alone! I'm sure they would have gouged me for the lenses as well. Thanks for saving me some money! The glasses went on backorder after I paid, so we had to wait a couple of extra weeks to get them, but they are perfect and she is completely satisfied. I would definitely buy from EZContacts again.
No complaints, EZContacts provides excellent service and excellent prices. Will come back and do business again.

Perfect experience shopping online for contacts, the prices were good and the customer service is great.
I decided to look around for glasses frames in my area, and found a pair I loved! Unfortunately, they were too much for my pocketbook. So I went online to find the frames and EZContacts had an excellent deal for the frames and everything I wanted. I mailed my script in and they kept me updated. They even called me twice to verify my script because of an abnormality in one eye. I received the glasses in good time and I love them. I get a lot of comments and I tell them where I got them. I will go there the the the next time as well.

Have not received product yet so can only review customer service. Sent wrong tracking # for contacts, contacted customer service and was told they would send correct information. Didnt receive so called and talked to Darryl grimes. He relayed correct info and an eta for delivery.
Product arrived exactly as described and at a very reasonable price, I will buy again from here. I ordered Juicy Couture brand glasses I had found at a local store I liked. I was able to purchase them for half of the price they were listed at the store. Will not be shopping at stores anymore. Except to find which frames I like.

Purchased a pair of Nike frames with prescription lenses. The glasses arrived quickly and everything was perfect.
Glasses came in a week and they are perfect. Same frame model as my last pair that got diestroyed but better. The price was perfect

I checked many websites for Persol or Ray-Bans and EZ Contacts hit the mark with quality, good customer srevice, price, delivery when said it would be here and I love the frames and the look. Lenses are perfect. Anti reflective Crizal lights are good too! I will buy my next sunglasses for sure with you folks. Great job and think they are made in the UAS-NY, I hope!

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
