This is my first time using EZCONTACTS and I love how they was able to capture an error and tell me about that so they can send me the correct lenses.
It took a really long time to get the glasses and when I got them, they are too big for my face. I am having trouble contacting a person in hopes of an exchange

Wait time was a little inconvienent but once I was in contact with someone it went very well. The operator (Daryl Grimes) was very helpful and knowledgeable.

My glasses were a great purchase, however my contacts are not working properly. I have 250 in my left eye and 225 in my right. I cant figure out why the script isnt working, I have them in the correct eyes.

We ordered contacts but they didn't arrive, so I started a chat. Daryl Grimes took the call and followed up with the doctor.The doctor doesn't want us to go elsewhere, so he said our prescription expired even though we were there in July. Daryl called and was able to fix the problem.
I used live chat to figure out when my eyeglasses would arrive. The customer service rep helped me out so much. Will definitely be ordering from here again!

There was a delay on the shipment of my product, but luckly sale rep. Kylie Grams was able to help and offer to resolve the issue within 24 hrs.
Although I had to wait for my glasses a while because they were on back order from the manufacturer, ezcontacts sent me the glasses a week ahead of projected schedule and they even expedited the delivery. Glasses are perfect. High quality lenses and I LOVE the frames

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
