I always try on eyeglasses in-store and then go straight to the web to get them cheaper. EXContacts is my go-to. Theres always a sale and a coupon code. The glasses i got were $200 in Lens Crafter and i got them for $119 on EZContacts
My glasses had to be special ordered so the whole order took about 2.5 weeks to complete. To learn about the special order I had to call them. I wish they communicated that fact and explained it would take some time via email.
I loved the price of my glasses. It was easy, and they came in the mail in a timely manner. Customer service was there when I needed them to answer question, and my glasses came out the way I expected. I am very happy.

I've order twice now. There are a wide variety of frames, all at really good prices. The prices on lenses are also great and I feel like the quality is good, too. Definitely recommend and will be buying again.

Loooong wait times often to get through. Reps vary from polite to indifferent, seems like customer service is "offshored", communications is sometimes difficult and not effective.

I ordered a frame for my glasses in the morning. Got an eye exam that afternoon. Managed to email the company and get my prescription lenses added to the frame at no additional cost to me. Definitely will be using this company again for my future optical needs
Thought my first order was a fluke with how long it took and then the second order took even longer will never do business with them again

I ordered my contacts at the end of November. Oct 10th i received an email claiming my contacts were delivered but it wasn't. I called Oct 14th and was told they would redeliver. Oct 30th i emailed them since i can never get in contact with them over the phone with their hours and was told... again that my contacts were delivered October 10th. I explained to him that i didnt receive it even though it said delivered and was told once again they would redeliver. It is now Nov 11th and I'm still waiting. Never again will i order from them.

I read the reviews AFTER I bought my glasses. I only saw negative things, saying it was a scam and blah blah. I was nervous that I had gotten ripped off. But customer service kept me updated and after waiting a couple weeks, I did infact get my glasses which are great quality and the correct prescription. Can't beat the prices too! Only giving 4 because shipping took way longer than they said it would

I loved my glasses and the lenses were perfect. The customer service was also great but you need to be so patience to wait for your glasses. It took almost three weeks for them to arrive but it was so worthy because the price was so much less than any other retail place.
This is the 5th time I have bought from EZ contacts and the last 3 Times my frames have come in bent.
I am extremely disappointed as I waited over a month for my last purchase for eye glasses and the frames came extremely bent. The sunglasses I had ordered prior came to me bent and I sent them back. When I received the exchange pair... THEY SENT ME BACK THE EXACT SAME SUNGLASSES AND OF COURSE THEY WERE BENT. The exact same sunglasses from my prevoius order that I sent back they sent back to me for my exchange pair. The previous time before that, the product came in the wrong size and color.
I have spent upwards of 500 dollars and this last purchase for Prada eye glasses have sent me over the edge coming to me bent.
I believe I deserve some type of compensation from you guys. At least a free pair of eye glasses of my choosing or sunglasses for the loyal customer I have been even after you have sent me damaged products.
I would take a new pair of eye glasses since mine are bent and I dont even care for sending them back because I know the process and the nonsense product I will be giving back.
Please take into consideration giving me some type of compensation... money, new pair of eye glasses, or new pair of sunglasses.

I ordered a pair of glasses that I had seen at my optometrist's office for three times what I paid through EZContacts. I loved being able to get the prescription lenses for free, and I chose to upgrade the anti-glare. My glasses arrived within a week, and the prescription was correct and I love my new glasses. I would definitely order glasses from EZContacts again. You get high quality, brand name glasses at a reasonable price. Much better than Warby Parker, whose anti-glare coating has scratched off on two different pairs within a couple of months.

Products were original and in their packaging. Shipping time was as expected. The only reason I didn't give the 5 stars is because their communication with the customer lacks. I didn't not receive an email to confirm shipping delivery, so my products had to be returned to the post office. When I called to ask for a tracking number, they could not provide one. They also could not email me the tracking info. Very frustrating, since I didn't know when to expect my packages or make the necessary arrangements to have the packages picked up.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
