I am very pleased with both of my purchases and will continue shopping with EZ Contacts in the future.
The website states they have everything in stock and have quick turn around times. The short of it is, after a month I canceled my order. Kept telling me they're working on it and it'll be soon.
Pros: Cheapest prices, fast refunds
Cons: VERY VERY long turn around times, vague updates
You pay for what you get, bad service. They take for ever to ship. They ship from third party, even though product hasn't shipped they mark it as shipped.So even if you upgrade the shipping it does not matter because their processing of the order takes for ever.if you use the 3-5 days shipping you are really getting 7-9 days shipping.
Poor and pretty useless costumer service, just a body reading from a computer and straight up giving you false information with no ability to find a solution for your problem.

Fast shipping. Love my glasses. Im glad i chose the expensive lenses, but the logo on one arm of my frames was off. I had to glue it in.
The online rep was rude and rushed things because they were "closing ". I needed to exchange a pair of eyeglasses and never got all the information I needed.

The reason I ordered was because they promised 5-7 business day delivery. I was excited... only for around the 10th day I decided to call because my order status claimed still processing. Once speaking to customer service they advised me that the frame was back ordered, and they were waiting to receive frame from manufacture. That they didnt know what date they would come in. I stated that a phone call or email letting me know if this issue would have been nice, yet they seemed to have no remorse at the lack of inconvenience.
Called a week later to check the status. I was then told that they will receive their shipment in the next few days and hay their lab would be closed from Oct 14-17 I believe so that would push back my glasses even more.
Let me just say I received my glasses OCT. 31.2017. I ordered SEPT. 24.17! That is a whole month after what was promised.
Never again!
Oh and let me say the glasses were a joke. They seriously look like a childs frame from China!

My glasses took a little longer than I expected to arrive, but when they did... WOW! They are the SAME frames that I loved at LensCrafters for over $100... but found on EZ contacts for $60 for the frames AND Rx lenses! I would have paid over $200 at LensCrafters! Try EZContacts for your next pair of glasses!
I called because my new glasses case did not fit with the new glasses I recently purchased i was told to email pictures wiWhich I did then I got a response email saying that no I am wrong I must turn in my frames flat on the case and that should make the case close properly I did that that did not work I sent the pictures of the case still not being able to close with the new glasses and its about its been about two weeks since I sent the last pictures of the case still not closing and I have not gotten a response or a new case to fit my new glasses

I was a little hesitant ordering online after my child lost his expensive glasses, but thought I'd give it a try for less than half the cost. We received his glasses a few days later and he loves them. We can't tell much difference from the original pair! Would recommend!
I'm writing to talk about the chat experience I had today with a representative named Kylie Grams. I will admit that at first I was somewhat frustrated because I felt as though I might be chatting with either a computer or someone who had a tenuous grasp of English. I had asked for a confirmation that my order would be delivered before I have to leave the country. I can imagine that any of your representatives have multiple chats ongoing at one time, and I wondered if that was the reason we had a hard time communicating at first. Please note that she was professional and kind during this period.
Let me be clear, however, that after I was able to communicate my need for assurance of delivery before I ordered, Kylie went out of her way to accommodate me. She was kind and patient with my questions, and she personally saw to it that my prescription was verified and that the order was expedited.
This was my first experience with your website, and I would unequivocally recommend it to others, but only if they dealt with Kylie. I cannot speak to the quality of your other representatives from personal experience, but I would hope they are as accommodating as she is.
In a world where personal communication is becoming a lost art, your ability to connect personally clients and provide good customer service will distinguish you from your competition.

I chatted daryl directly from the site to find out when my glasses would be ready, and when i expressed frustration that they were taking so long he followed up and even gave me expedited shipping for free! He was a total pleasure and completely changed my mood
Order the contact lens in this site and they came with incorrect prescriptions. Chat to customer service the first time, and she promised to ship out the correct order. Wait for two weeks, nothing come. Go again chat to another customer service rep. And again she promised to ship out the order within a week and email me when order shipped. I even said that I need the contacts for travel. And again wait for 3 weeks now and nothing come no email or anything. Luckily the second conversation, I emailed the chat transcript to me.The person I talked to is Kylie Grams and it was on Oct 18. I still have the chat transcript if needed proof. How can you keep customer by treating customer this way?

I was surprised to receive my prescription glasses after only a week! I am an optometry student currently so I was able to verify the prescription that was put in the glasses and it was correct and I got a way better deal on the frames and lenses than I would've gotten even with my student discount. I also got the designer case to go with the frame as well as lens cloths and lens cleaners. Thanks EZContacts!

I placed my order on October 20th and received my glasses on November 15th. I had to contact customer service because it was taking so long. They informed me that there was a delay when ordering the frames from the manufacturer. They upgraded my shipping to 2-day at no charge.
Now that I have received the glasses... they were worth the wait. The frames are 100% authentic Prada and a fraction of the retail price found locally. The lenses are perfect. The transition lenses are the real deal and work great. The anti-reflective coating is also a nice addition and work well. The shipping issue knocked them down a few stars, but I think they earned them back with a superior product at a reasonable price.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
