The website was easy to use and I received my glasses in a timely matter. The glasses came with a case, a small bottle of cleaning solution, extra non-prescription lenses, a cleaning cloth, and a tiny screwdriver. I wasn't expecting all the extras, especially for how little I paid for Kate Spade frames. The prescription seems good, I'm seeing much more clearly now. Very happy with my purchase!
I dealt with Daryl on a live chat, he was great! I highly recommend this website and company. I will buy all my future contacts from this company.

There was a delay in processing and shipping my order due to the frame being out of stock, and I wasn't notified. Then when the glasses finally arrived the frames were bent. Will not be ordering glasses from this site again.

EZcontacts has great prices, no doubt. The delivery information on the website; however, does not reflect what actually happens. I needed my glasses in 2 weeks and per their delivery terms, should have been no problem. If they couldn't fulfill the order in 2-3 days plus 7-10 days shipping, an email would be sent. Two weeks after the order; I had received no shipping confirmation. Contacted customer support and they told me "we are currently processing your order, it will be shipped as soon as completed". Never received any additional information on why the order was late. One week later, contacted customer support again and got another general response "I received a confirmation from our lab that your glasses is almost ready to be shipped, please give us 1-2 business days and it should be shipped out by that time." One additional week later, the glasses still had not shipped; thus I contacted customer support again. After 5 weeks, I was so over the entire experience, I would have felt much better spending the $100 more and going into a local shop, getting the glasses on time, and doing business with a company that delivers on what it says it will do.

I had a problem with a pair of glasses I purchased. I initially blamed them but I ordered glasses from another company and they came through with the same problem. There is something in the way the script was written that must be confusing. They corrected the glasses and they are good. Thank you for that. They are somewhat slow in their processes but were very nice.
I ordered glasses but one of the lenses had the wrong prescription. I returned the glasses to be corrected but after they have had them back for 11 days and me already providing customer service with what was wrong and a scanned copy of my prescription i just received another email ask why I returned the glasses. It is too bad I have to go through this. I just want my glasses with the correct lenses. I was going to order a second pair but not now.
The order arrived in about 3 weeks. The frame was slightly bent, which throw the vision off. It took sometime to determine the problem and once I corrected the frame the glasses worked well. The price is comparable to other low cost providers about half I paid for my last glasses.

The product itself was as I expected. However, they did not have my frames in 2 -3 days as advertised. More like 7 business days stretching over 2 weeks. Calling in to attempt to track my order was painful. 38th in queue the first time and 60th in queue the second. If you aren't in a hurry, it is a good value. If you need something fast, don't hold your breath.

My first pair of glasses were mislabeled and therefore delayed. Customer service evidently sent a second pair, which was nice, but I don't need two pairs.
I thought it was as strange that I wasnt given an expected delivery date once the order had been confirmed. I called 8 days later and found out it could be up to 21 days before my order shipped. I told them I was disappointed to find this out since my son didnt have any glasses to wear in the meantime. Miraculously my order shipped later that day instead of the middle of the following week like the representative said during our phone call. Just be aware that the shipping dates including the rush shipping go into effect after the glasses are processed. After getting off the phone with him, I went back to their website to see if I had overlooked this information but I still didnt find it. Its a new website thats been streamlined from the old so maybe this info didnt get transferred over. Besides the lengthy processing time, I was completely happy with the glasses. The frames were exactly like his old ones that we had bought at a store for a fraction of the cost.

This was the first time I have ever ordered prescription glasses online... so I was a bit skeptical, but I was able to find a style that nobody else carried and at a great price too. I have been recommending EZContacts to anybody who may be getting new glasses.

We are still waiting on our order. I have contacted them and still nothing. I will give it a until Monday and then I am contacting my credit card company to get my money back. That will make almost four weeks and I paid for 2nd day.

First purchase. I like the frames. Lenses are lighter than expected, will likely upgrade lenses, if I purchase again.
Very easy process the only downside was that i had a question about pupil distance and i was unable to reach an operator for help
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
