I had to wait 30 days to receive my glasses to only find the lenses were not correct. Ezcontacts seems powerless to help there customers. Your customer server hours are very limiting and customer service followup is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. I wish I had never started my purchase through EZ contacts.
These glasses are really cheap. The dont fit at all and the are extremely flimsy. They feel like toy frames from the dollar store.
I ordered my glasses at the end of November thinking it would take only a week ti be delivered (mind you that was what it said during check out), but after like 3-4 days i got a message saying it was delayed and wont be delivered until dec 25- january something.
Wonderful customer service and my order came with nice perks such as the portable eyeglass screw driver, ultra fine lens cloth, and handy lens cleaning spray. That's taking care of the customer!
What EZ Contacts saves you in cost, you pay for with aggravation. Delivery took a month_ twice as long as advertised_ and they got the prescription wrong. Their idea of customer service_ including the supervisor I dealt with_ is promising you over and over the glasses on the way. Rather than send the glasses back, I'm paying $125 to have my local optometrist make new lenses. If you just buy frames and can wait a month, that's one thing. Otherwise, stay away.
My glasses took around 20 business days just to process and there was no effort by the company to rectify the situation. I ordered my glasses on December 3rd and did not receive them until after Christmas after being told multiple times they would be shipping out next day. WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN.
I was still able to take advantage of EZContacts great discounts for Christmas just days before the holiday. If I ever need eyewear stuff again I'll most likely be checking their website first.

The web site is not user friendly. I typed the info to complete the order and there was no way to review the order for possible mistakes unless I committed to a buy! I thought this was odd as usually you can review your order prior to the purchase. They processed payment immediately before a shipping date nine days later. I sent an email to check the order status and received no reply so I called. The customer service rep was nice and said the order was shipped yesterday and I should expect order in another five days. This seems to be a long time. I did not receive an email regarding the shipping date either. Not sure I will use this vender in the future. Hope the order is accurate! Customer service is lacking.
While the quality of the product is exceptional, unfortunately, this is overshadowed by the lack of customer service and professionalism. While it is understandable that delays are inevitable, it is only right to notify the customer. Furthermore, claims of expedited shipping shouldn't be made when it takes approximately a month to receive an order. Should I decide use EZ Contacts again, I'm well aware of what I'm dealing with. Really sad because otherwise I'd recommend you to everyone just know that wears glasses.
Horrible! Purchased a Jimmy Choo eyeglasses for my wife. Eyeglasses came 7 days later, very fake. We brought to her eye care doctor office to compare with the one they have there for sale and it was a shame! They gave me a horrible time to send the glasses back... want me to pay for the shipping.
My rep Daryl was very helpful in cancelling an order and helping me reorder another pair of glasses. He promptly cancelled the initial order after I learned it would take longer and helped me order another pair of frames that I saw.
Just placed my first online order for contacts. I saved about $50 over the cost from my eye doctor's office. The customer service was great.
Shipping took nearly a month. Quality did not seem as good as I was expecting either. Wish I knew more details about issues I would run into before ordering

Unbelievably slow, and the customer service person seemed to have no idea when they would be ready. Horrible.
I paid to upgraded my shipping to 3-5 day shipping. I ordered them on dec 13 and it took the full 5 days to ship then ups jacked around and left them somewhere and I didnt receive them until dec 28. Other then that they were good glasses and they were packaged very well.
The price is right, but that's the only thing they did right. They hardly responded to my inquiries. My glasses took a month and a half to arrive. Then the lense came out the first day and I had to take it to my optometrists office to get it fixed.
Really happy with the quality and service- especially at such a low price. Will definitely order from you again.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
