My order came incorrect. They were event the correct pair of glasses. Trying to get th glasses reordered correctly is a nightmare and I am still with out glasses.
Although it took a while to get my glasses, I was very impressed with the product I received. The lenses were great quality, even better than the lenses I get from my regular eye doctor.
I was impressed with everything included inside the box. The glasses are amazing as well, of course! Thank you so much.
I ordered glasses and never received them. They're not responsive or helpful via support. I'm planning to file a BBB complaint and ask my credit card to reverse the charge.

3-5 day shipping took 2weeks... would've taken even Longer but i called twice demanding overnight shipping which was done on a Friday so it still didn't arrive until the following day

Love my glasses. I just wasnt too happy that it took so long to deliver. I ordered it in November and didnt receive it til a few days before Christmas.
1 Month Delay before getting my order in.
Waiting 1 Month to get eyeglasses is just unacceptable!

Unexplained delays, incorrect or nonexistent communication, doesn't follow own polices on website about emailing customers or processing orders. Will be lucky to get my contact lenses less than 4 weeks after ordering them.

For this to be a five star review, I spent more time attempting to get information than necessary. I literally reached out 4-5 times on their on line system (they mentioned 24 hour response rate) this did not happen. I would have been satisfied had someone emailed me and said that instead of the promised 5-7 day turn around it would be 3 or more weeks. Finally some one did send an email and the product arrived. My daughter loves her new glasses. Customer service really was lacking.
Kylie Grams the customer service rep was super helpful with my question and made sure my contacts were processes and shipped as soon as possible. Second time ordering with them and the process is always smooth. Shipping and processing Could be a little faster but overall, very good service.

I had to wait 30 days to receive my glasses to only find the lenses were not correct. Ezcontacts seems powerless to help there customers. Your customer server hours are very limiting and customer service followup is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. I wish I had never started my purchase through EZ contacts.
These glasses are really cheap. The dont fit at all and the are extremely flimsy. They feel like toy frames from the dollar store.

I ordered my glasses at the end of November thinking it would take only a week ti be delivered (mind you that was what it said during check out), but after like 3-4 days i got a message saying it was delayed and wont be delivered until dec 25- january something.
Wonderful customer service and my order came with nice perks such as the portable eyeglass screw driver, ultra fine lens cloth, and handy lens cleaning spray. That's taking care of the customer!
What EZ Contacts saves you in cost, you pay for with aggravation. Delivery took a month_ twice as long as advertised_ and they got the prescription wrong. Their idea of customer service_ including the supervisor I dealt with_ is promising you over and over the glasses on the way. Rather than send the glasses back, I'm paying $125 to have my local optometrist make new lenses. If you just buy frames and can wait a month, that's one thing. Otherwise, stay away.
My glasses took around 20 business days just to process and there was no effort by the company to rectify the situation. I ordered my glasses on December 3rd and did not receive them until after Christmas after being told multiple times they would be shipping out next day. WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN.
I was still able to take advantage of EZContacts great discounts for Christmas just days before the holiday. If I ever need eyewear stuff again I'll most likely be checking their website first.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
