I have never paid cheaper for contacts, and on top of that, the customer service representative was so helpful and honored a promo code that wasn't working for me.
Overall the price and quality relation is great. In addition the eyeglasses work even better than ones that I bought at a major eyeglass chain. Also shipping was very fast even though I ordered them during the holiday peak season. Will do business again.

I have placed order on dec 14th, 2017, only to find out that the glasses are out of stock. I called on Dec 28th and they said that it will be delivered in a week, today it is January 9th, 2018 and still no sign of my glasses, They sent out an email with tracking from UPS that says that only a shipping label is created and that was 3 days ago. AVOID AT ALL COST... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND I WILL FILE A CLAIM WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY
I purchased from EZContacts because the contacts I use where such a steal! I ordered Friday and its not Tuesday and I had to click the chat person to tell me they would personally take care of my order and make sure it gets sent out in the next 24 hours. I've bought from another online site before and it has never taken more then 24 hours to process my order before. Hopefully Angel pulls through and gets my contacts shipped out soon as I am almost out at home and wasn't expecting them to take so long to process.
I placed my order on 12/2/17 and it took almost 30 days to get my order. Every time I tried to communicate with anyone I got a different answer. Needless to say I will not be utilizing this company again. Honesty is the best policy.

After multiple tries with ezcontacts, I finally had a wonderful exchange with a support team member. Her name is Kylie Grams.
Took a month to get my contact lenses order, and that was with no less than 4 follow-ups on my end to keep the process moving along. I checked in on my order status after 10 days and saw that my order was still be processed! So I followed up and they assured me this was a rare error on their end, and they would expedite my order to next day international shipping for free. This was a fair resolution to me, except my order still wasn't processed for 2 days until I contacted them yet again. This time it was processed right away but they never shipped it next day international, they shipped it USPS standard and it took 2.5 weeks for me to receive it even though I live 2 hours from the US Border in a major urban center. Everyone I contacted was polite, but it seemed ridiculous to me that I had to constantly follow-up and babysit my order through to the end. And to boot, I got charged $40 CDN in customs fees even though contacts aren't supposed to be charged any customs (taxes) in Canada. This has nothing to do with EZcontacts, but just another issue that made this whole experience not worth the hassle. My wife orders contacts from a CDN company with free shipping, and usually gets them in a few days. Tried to save a few bucks going this route but will definitely not make that mistake again.

Ordered contacts 4 days ago and status still says "verifying prescription". Called to check status and was told they attempted to call and were awaiting a response. I was told I should just send a copy of my prescription so I don't get permanently banned from ordering. Informed him I do not have a copy and that was whole point of their option of verifying with my doctor. Agent refused to let me speak with manager and kept laughing at me on the phone when I was asking for his agent ID or to speak with a manager. Hung up, called my eye doctor, confirmed that nobody has even attempted to contact them yet. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Cheap but not worth it

Great value! Original items in the original case! Bought Dolce and Gabbana and Ferragamo frames!
Both were brand new, with all the accessories included. The ordered free polycarbonate lenses were a little chipped, so I will replace them with a better quality Essilor. But the price for the frames was over $100 less for each frame, in comparison to the optometry prices, so Im extremely pleased with my purchase and will buy from them again!
I bought similar items from another respective and well known seller, but they replaced the case with the plain leather case, and the wipe was also replaced with the generic one. I really liked that EZ Contacts have included all the original items! Thank you!
I saved hundreds of dollars by buying my glasses with EZ. Although the frames I had picked were not available, their team did take care of me in a timely fashion so that I could still find another pair very similar to the ones I wanted and they fit perfectly!
D. Grimes was my customer service rep. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and worked fairly quickly. I liked that we held the conversation via chat as opposed to being on the phone and being on hold.
The customer service folks were very friendly and they answered my calls almost immediately, and the glasses I ordered are exactly what they are supposed to be and even came with a little cleaning/repair kit from the company which I thought was pretty cool. However, the order said it would take 5-7 business days from the date of purchase to arrival and mine took almost 3 weeks to arrive. I called to check the delivery status of my order on day 7 and was told it would be another 3-4 days before they would arrive, which was already frustrating, to then not receive them on that 4th day and be told that they were not even out of processing from the lens department at that point and would be ANOTHER 5-7 business days after that. I ordered them on December 10th and do attribute some of the issue to Holiday chaos, however, some clarity on how the processing of the orders work would have been very helpful. The prices are great and the quality is as well, but some honest advertising on delivery would have given this review a "very satisfied" reply.

I ordered my daughter's glasses on December 2nd and their website states that your glasses will be shipped within 5-7 business days. This is not true. After waiting over two weeks, I never received my glasses and called on my own to follow up. They stated that the glasses I ordered were not in stock; they never bothered to let me know this nor did they follow up. They also state that my bank will not be charged until they ship -- wrong again! They charged my account 1 day after! I will never order from them again b/c they are TERRIBLE!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
