It is easy to buy and has the best price, but take to long to delivery. I would recommend but you have to order with at least a month before you need it.
Very helpful! Answered all questions and waited while i picked out lenses! A little hesitant with ordering glasses online but hopefully the rest of this experience will be as good as the help I received

I had questions and I used Live Chat. I got Kylie Grams and she was wonderful. She answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable and very patient. I loved working with her. She made sure I recived the promised discount. She helped put a hold on my order until I get my prescription. I found y'all on Google while looking for my next frames but I definetly will use y'all again if I can get Kylie Grams again or more people like her.
Have purchased muti pairs of Persol Eyewear at EZ Contacts. Very satisfied with the product, the price and the service. Was initially apprehensive to purchase eyewear online. Not anymore.
I paid extra for quicker shipping too... I needed it by that date before I left. I was forced to superglue my broken glasses back together. Super unsatisfied with lack of communication to boot.

I worked with Kylie today to get my prescription uploaded, approved, and process. Kylie walked me through a very efficient process and got my order processed immediately. I really appreciate this level of customer service, and will definitely recommend EZContacts based on this experience.

1. My prescription was never verified (as the web site says it will be)
2. I was sent incorrect lens for one eye
3. Returned the incorrect package and three weeks later received 90 lens---not only are they a different brand then what I ordered, each package states "Free Trial Lenses Not for Sale"
Which, of course, is illegal, since I paid for a different lens. I am now told it will take two more weeks to receive the correct lens. In total, I have spent more than three hours talking to customer service. As you are placed on hold, a company message states: "We sincerely care about your business. We offer a fast shipping guarantee, and sincerely care about you and want to give you the attention you deserve. Each order is checked three times before shipment."
For the $5-$10 you will save by ordering your contacts from EZ Contacts, look to another company. They refuse to give phone numbers or email addresses to a specific individual within the corporation. You are never connected directly to a supervisor. Rather, you will told the supervisor is in a meeting and will return your call later today.
One of the worst retail experiences I have ever encountered. And I'm still waiting for the contacts that I paid for!
It's been over a month since I ordered my glasses and have not yet received them. However, customer service was very helpful. They requested the manufacturer make my glasses customization a rush order and also provided free priority shipping. I appreciate the prompt and courteous customer service staff.
It's been two weeks and I STILL don't have my contacts... they took forever just to ship, and then, when they did ship- it went the SLOWEST WAY ON EARTH. Like 5 days to get here. Very slow to answer emails and then no reasonable explanation... just said it was a delay. This was my first and LAST time ordering from them.
I purchased a pair of glasses in early December. They were back ordered til Dec. 26,2017. I called ezcontacts the second week of Jan. 2018 and spoke to a representative. He was unable to get the information durning the phone conversation and said he would call me and let me know when I can expect my glasses to arrive. He never called back.
Glasses are very nice I love them looks exactly how they are shown in the picture they also can in a very nice box package is great the only bad thing is the glasses were not level straight when I put them on but overall very pleased, I probably would buy from here again
I am very satisfied with my purchase and I would definitely order from them again! Super easy to order online, delivery was on time and glasses turned out better than I expected! I've ordered Prada frame and they look exactly the same as the one I saw in stores but the price was much better with Ezcontacts (400$ less).
This is my first time ordering from them and i got on the live chat with ms. Kylie asking about my order and she was so helpful and friendly. I would defiantly recommend. Theprices are unbeatable! Seriously. Go check them out.
The frame was good and arrived timely. Had some issues on the lenses and contacted the customer service and they processed the return quickly. I will be re-ordering with them again

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
