I recently switched to EZContacts and it was taking a while to process the prescription, so I live chatted with Daryl Grimes who was quick to assit me. He faciliated my order processing and answered my question very quickly. I really like how they treat their customers.

I was very happy with my prescription order Maui Jim Sunglasses. The sale price was very attractive vs. the competition.
The ordering process is simple enough. Ultimately, it took over a month for the order to ship despite there being a "Ships in 3-5 days" disclaimer on the product itself. I was later informed via email that it would be an additional 15 days for the order to ship. I emailed customer service and received no reply. I called to see if there was a substitute product or to change frames completely. The rep was friendly enough and emailed some other options, but they had two different delivery dates for the same product. I replied for clarification but received no response. I called after another week and was offered a discount on the frames that I purchased originally, to which I agreed. Then they charged me the original price. In my opinion, its not worth the hassle.

Contacted Kylie on chat for update on order and received friendly and helpful information. I know the reps are busy... so the wait time is expected, however, waiting for a response is distracting at times.

The shipping took a very long time. I would not have minded however, the website said it would be available 3-4 days when it was not actually available for 2 weeks. If they would have been honest about the wait time I would be very satisfied because the product was very good quality.

Order been place on dec 13 received it by Jan 10 almost a month i understand that it's been holiday season but a month way too much i've order some glasses by an other company on dec 14 2 pairs for the price of one guess what it took 4 days including week end to have boths pairs in hand. On your side the order was ready by january 1 but it leave new york on 7 why a week stock at your office. I was expecting much better service for the price as i pay more than $32.00 u.s. for a usps delivery and finally received it by normal post office which take more time even if i paid for a faster delivery. When i look at all problem i get with you this make me really unhappy about all process get seat on my chair and think about it how can i be happy

I got my glasses for almost 1/3 of the price and didnt even use my insurance. I would highly recommend!
I waited a week after ordering for an update, and all I got from EZ were advertising emails. I finally called and was told my contacts were being shipped to their warehouse and they would get them in 1 or 2 days. No information given as to how long they would take to get shipped to me. I called 2 days later and was told that they would arrive at their warehouse in another day. I canceled the order and am now hoping that I get my refund.

It took a month to get my glasses. They didnt even call or email to let me know their was going to be a delay. I would call and they gave me a general 3-5 day to ship them. They did that twice then they printed a shipping label but didnt ship it for 3 more days. When I finally received my glasses I was satisfied with the product, it was just stressful getting them.

Easy website to navigate. Inexpensive price on designer frames. Great glasses. Would order my next pair of glasses through them as well.
I've purchased glasses online before, and purchased them with Transitions lenses and Crizal coatings. In both cases I received a certificate of authenticity (COA) with a serial number for the corresponding lens product. The manufacturers make a big deal of this is a way to ensure you actually receive their products and not a knock-off. I did not receive any COA's with the glasses I purchased through EZContacts, and the lenses I ordered had both Transitions and Crizal coating. I opened a support ticket to EZContacts and asked why I did not receive the COA's. I have not received a response beyond "we're looking into it." I'm not dissatisfied enough to return my glasses, but I will never purchase from EZ Contacts again because I have no confidence that I'm getting what I paid for.

Very nice glasses for a great price. However it took exactly 1 month for me to receive the glasses, which was annoying but still happy I purchased my glasses from here.
I had trouble with the availability of my initial item, on the site its advertised as available than a week later I get an email that the frames will take longer than 15 days. Process of shipping was way to long since I placed my order.

Lenses are extremely poor quality. Was expecting a professional company that sells glasses like those in a physical glasses store. Even picked out frames of the exact model I tested in a physical location. The lenses are trash and reflect what you see in front of you in the top of the frame, essentially producing at the worst double vision and at best an aggravating distraction. Not safe for driving and extremely poor around computers and television. You pay the price of functional glasses and get trash. And if you want to return the garbage they sent you, they charge a restocking fee and shipping. Glasses case is poor quality plastic too that is hard to open. Buy at your own peril.

My frames were back ordered and it took me contacting EZcontacts to find this out. It took my order a month to get to me after three calls. This was my very first order, not a good start. BUT... Very happy with my glasses, in the end.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
