I ordered sports glasses for my son. I contacted the company after it had been over two weeks and I had heard nothing. I was then informed the frames were on backorder. I never received an email from the company about the delay, and if I had not contacted them I would not have been informed.
I forgot to have an anti-reflective coating added to my lenses when I ordered them from EZContacts. I got onto the customer support chat and was helped immediately. They were able to cancel my order and re-submit the corrected order for me. They also kept the same order number which made it easy for me to keep track of. I didn't have to do a thing, but contact them.
Took over a month to arrive but they were great quality and just what I wanted! Very happy with what I received!

I really loved my eyeglasses. The delivery took a bit longer than expected but it was worth the wait.

1st order fine. 2nd order, price was $34 for oasys astigmatism while others online were in the $23 to $24 range. Ordered 9 days ago. Shipping status? Who knows? They don't know. They promised an email to let me know. Shouldn't they do that automatically?
And as for this site? Why should I give you my order # online. You could use it to look up my info.
Angel was able to look for the UPS tracking number of my order which was not provided to me when the order was shipped.
This was my first time ordering glasses online. They were one of the only sites that had the brand/style I wanted. Ordering was simple and Im super happy with my glasses!

When I ordered the glasses they showed in stock with a 5-7 day delivery. After ordering I was told they would be delayed and arrive in 7-10 days. 3 weeks later they finally arrived. I would have considered ordering them elsewhere had I known this was how long it would take to receive them. When they did arrive I was happy the product and the accessories that came with the glasses.

I ordered my glasses on November 27 hoping I would get them for a family vacation in late December to Cancun. After multiple calls to check on the status, I finally received my glasses the week of January 8,2018. That is 6-7 weeks.

I ordered my glasses back on December 13. Webpage said I wouldn't be charged until the glasses went to lab. Received email saying frames were backorder. Was still charged. Here we are a month later and still no order.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
