I am very pleased with my glasses and accuracy of my prescription however it took the company a very long to ship my item. I had to inquire several times about when they would arrive and got different answers every time. Decent experience overall.
Not happy. Glasses did not fit, lenses were thick and frames didnt look right. Wishing I had used 39dollagasses.com like I usually do.

I love the glasses, but there was a glitch on getting the frames from the manufacturer making the process very slow. (about 3 weeks from ordering to when I received my order.) Once I called (twice) they got right on it. Not sure how long it would have taken had I not called.

I ordered 4 pair of glasses but almost a month later I have only received 2 pair. Not getting messasages regarding the late delivery. Customer service is lacking.

Easy to order. My doc cannot fax/email prescription to me, so I had to chat with a rep to give my doc a call to verify prescription, very responsive and helpful and no issues.
Kylie was very kind and patient. I submitted my first order 6 days ago and never received any correspondence to why there was a delay. Thankfully, Kylie was able to update me that my order will be shipped by Monday. Hopefully all subsequent orders will not take as long!
I contacted the live chat because i wanted to check on an order and angela was very quick to respond and find out the information. And so far so good.

Kylie Grams took a lot of her time to help me with this order. I had a coupon that was not being accepted and even though the price was already discounted for this product, she applied my coupon to each box of contacts individually to have the system accept it. I was very happy with the service and will return for my future contacts purchases.
Best price I got for my Asian fit Oakley wear one sunglass rx with free lenses on glasses rx with free lenses even gave extra lenses not rx but when I wear contacts I can switch and wear them just which they had better contact lenses price but very happy
Their customer service is slow, they do not update you on your order. I had to return my frames and i have no idea if they will charge me for new frames or restocking fees. I will probably have to go through my credit card company to get my refund.
I was very pleased with my experience with EzContacts. Purchased some glasses I had been looking at for a bit. After I got my prescription from my optometrist, I ordered my pair glasses without any issues. I felt confident in the platform and the assistance given by the Webpage. Later that evening I realized that I had made an error in the prescription I used for the order. I was able to both send an Online Request and later called to confirm the change needed. The call I had with the EZContacts team was pleasant and helpful. I was excited to receive my new glasses with the correct perception shortly after.

For less than a single pair of designer frames, I got two! I got both a chic pair of Coach everyday glasses and a pair of Guess sunglasses. Both are perfect!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
