I purchased contant lenses and new prescription glasses. I messed up the prescription on my glasses and realized it several hours after I placed the order. I contacted customer service and they fixed it immediately. I couldnt be happier with my new glasses. My contact lenses are great as well, super price, better than Walmart!
I love my glasses but they took forever to come. They were on back order but I didnt know that until I called looking for them two weeks after expected delivery date. Then I waited another 3 weeks. They offered to cancel my order and refund me but I needed the glasses. I wouldve expected some kind of sorry discount. Nothing. Just offering to cancel?
Ordered glasses weeks ago and when i called for the status the rep said they were being shipped out. Didnt receive them for another 3 weeks

I love my glasses but the shipping took way longer than expected from what it said on the website. I think they got really backed up and didn't communicate very well with me what was going on. I contacted them twice and it was longer than the 24 hours stated before anyone got back to me.
I ordered a pair of Rayban 01/01/18 and still waiting to get an status on the order. I contacted them on 1/18/17 and I was notified then that the frame was not available in the color I ordered. I asked them to go ahead with the available color but the order was never upgraded. Still waiting... Stay away form this company!

After placing my order they realized they did not have the frames in stock and would have to order them from the manufacturer, however, they did not give me that information. 3 weeks after I placed the order I called since I hadn't received any updates about my order and they told me and said it would take longer to process the order, 2 more weeks went by still nothing about my order so i had to call again they said i should get my order by the end of the week, end of the week comes still no shipping email so i called again and asked what was going on they said i would have them early the next week, it took a total of 6 weeks to get my order with little to no communication unless initiated by me. The glasses are great, however, I will never order from here again due to poor customer service. As soon as they realized my order was going to be delayed they should have contacted me to let me know as I ordered them well before I needed them and still didn't have them in time.

Glasses take 2 weeks just to get through the 'processing' phase and then they take one more week to get to you. Their 'online' customer service chat is horrible! I tried contacting them and was not able to talk to anyone in 4 days. When I called I was told I was caller number 50 and that I need to wait approximately 1 hour. They will not call you if the item you ordered is out of stock even though that is what they claim in the website. Just pay 5 more dollars and order from a legit website.
The website claimed the frames I wanted would be available in five days, this was on black friday once it had been more than 5 days customer service assisted me in changing the order to one that was listed as available in 3 days, long story short I did not get the order until January, almost 2 months after the order was placed and not in time for christmas... The frames are great though And I did save almost $400, honestly I would give 5 stars if they had been honest/accurate about the availability

It took a month to get my glasses when it said online the glasses typically ship within 3 days. I was disappointed with the wait time, but the product itself is nice.
In early Dec. Ordered Ray Ban sunglasses (for a Christmas present) and had prescription lenses put in them. After I ordered, I received an email that the frames were out of stock and would be available in 7-10 days. Well, this was during Christmas so I didnt receive them until the second week of Jan. I checked with customer service twice for an update. The sunglasses were perfect, customer service was helpful and pleasant to deal with. I just wish i had received a couple of email notifications that the glasses had arrived at the facility and it would be an additional 5-7 days for the prescription frames to be put in. With all of that being said, I will order again as I am pleased with the sunglasses!

Just slow at having my glasses done and shipped. I am guessing it was due to the holidays. I will still buy from the company though. Great quality of frames and glasses as expected and nice little additional cleaning kit that will come in handful

I ordered eyeglasses with a standard prescription lens. It took almost six weeks to receive the order. After one week, I went to my account via the website to check my order and the status listed, in process. After two weeks still in process and I sent a message to customer support. It took 3 days to provide me with a generic form letter acknowledging the message was received but apparently not read. There was no link to email back to reference my order, so I had to use the website and send another message to find out the status of my order. Another two days passed and finally a person responded and said my order would be on its way as I was ready to cancel the payment on my credit card. I feel lucky I received my glasses and that the prescription was correct. I ordered from EZContacts because I needed a back up pair of glasses and EZContacts had the frame I wanted for a decent price.

This is hands down the WORST company to order from online. I placed my order over a month ago and every time I call or email, I get a different answer from a different person. About 2 weeks ago I checked the order status and it said payment failure, keep in mind theyve already deducted the money from my account. So I call and they tell me the person I spoke to last forgot to process the order, which makes no sense at all, because I ordered them online (2 weeks prior). Then they said theyre processing it but they still havent heard back from the manufacturer. They are selling stuff on their site that they dont actually have. My glasses said 4-5 day availability, its been 32 days! I spoke to them again last week and they promised to waive the shipping and expedite my package. I called back a few days later and still theyre not available. They tell me the lab has them and it can take anywhere from 3-5 days like most labs. It takes lens crafters an hour! Then they tell me, we promise it will ship out tonight, Monday the latest! Its monday and we finally got a call back from the supervisor who stated another 7-10 days! Are you kidding me? I couldnt make this stuff up. So i call back, because my girlfriend was the one that spoke to the supervisor. They now tell me I can expect them to ship out Wednesday. Is this a joke? Ive had better luck at the damn DMV getting things accomplished. This is a ridiculous, laughable, joke of a company and I suggest you pay the few extra bucks and go through Framesdirect or another site with better reviews. I hope to never have to deal with these people again. Playing with other peoples money is not acceptable.
Once again, i waited 3 weeks to be told a product i ordered is not available. Customer service does not care. There is no "what can we do to make this right." This has happen to me multiple times with this company. I asked twice if i could get a different frame with no response. Finally, i got someone on the phone who gave me a refund. That doesnt change the fact that i was counting on these sunglasses for a vacation.

I am very pleased with my glasses but it took from 12/20 until 1/12/2018 to receive them. I understand that during the holidays there would be some delay but not long.

Its like Russian Roulette trying to get your order. I ordered contacts that i requested be sent overnight, they charged extra and never sent me the package. Your on hold for hours for a customer service rep and no one will return your call.
They say your prices are better but you lose in the end!

Glasses took longer than I expected but it was the holidays. Customer service was great when I called and had my order status right away. Glasses were perfect when they came just had to be adjusted a little tighter for my face.

Ordered glasses on Dec 7th never heard anything for 3 weeks. Called multiple time was told they were in the lab did not receive my new glasses till early jan. If I had known it would take over a month to get these I would be gone somewhere else. At least you got the prescription right.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
