This is my first (and likely last) time ordering from EZCONTACTS. First ordered non prescription sunglasses from EZCONTACTS in December of 2017. It is now January 29,2018 and still no sunglasses! Customer service can't/won't give me a date when the sunglasses will be delivered. I'm starting to think that they are just holding my $$$ for as long as possible before I simply cancel the order.
It would be great to be able to review my glasses, but I still don't have them. Several days after placing my order, I received an e-mail stating that my glasses were on backorder and should be available in 7-10 days business days. 12 business days elapsed, and I still hadn't receive any updates, so I e-mailed them. The e-mail form said I'd hear back within 24 hours. A day passed, and nothing, so I e-mailed again. Still nothing. Posted on facebook. No response. Finally called and was "helped" by a lady who unapologetically informed me that they should ship sometime the following week. The next day I FINALLY received an e-mail response that said "I believe you've already been helped." (Gee, thanks). Completely unimpressed with the customer service.
I have yet to receive my order after 8 weeks. I am highly disappointed to say the least. I call for updates every other day till I had to cancel my order.

I order two pairs. One regular and one pair as sunglasses. The regular came in first after a month and me contacting them 4 times. Once the sunglasses came in a week later, I wore them to see how they were. One big issue is the fact I purchased the hi index lens and was not given that lens and the second issue was the prescription was not correct.
Still waiting for the correct lens to be made for the sunglasses. Hopefully it wont take another month.
I received my Rx glasses but the Rx was off. EZ Contacts was nice enough to offer to replace the lenses for free with a pre-paid return shipping label, but everything went downhill from there. It turned out that the return shipping label they sent me was addressed to ME. It's the same one that was used to ship the glasses to me in the first place. I didn't realize that until I tried to track the package that I had already dropped off at the post office. Now I can't track the package since it only shows "delivered" (when it was delivered to me) on the USPS website. I am left without my money and my glasses. It's a ridiculous mistake and I'm very dissatisfied.
The frames I got are so nice it took a while to come because of the Holliday season in they were out of stock but they look better than I expected they got me seeing good and looking good too I am about to order another pair for my son
Stay away unless you want to pay hundreds of dollars for $5 fake sunglasses. The "Prada" sunglasses I got are faker than fake, this site is a scam.
Glasses was great could do better on delivery time overall a good experience with this company would buy from them again
They act like they can't understand you when you complain. I want verification that they put Crizal coating on and they do not give it to you. According to Crizal, a watermark shoud appear on the lens when fogged and I should have received a cleaner kit from Crizal. I want a refund on what I paid extra for the coating and they will not reply to my issue. Very upset

This is my first time using ezcontact. The result 2 month waiting for sun glasses. They promised me next week and next week. Never arrived. Dont buy any article in this site. Customer services is poor. They dont care about your order. I cancel the order and I go to the strore right now to but my sun glasses.

Folks at EZContacts quickly replied to my emails, updated my order, and handled the shipping. I have purchased multiple items from EZContacts in the past and will definitely come back in the future.
Rex replied to my email within one business day and had all the information I needed. Great service!
They took 10 days to tell me that there was a problem with my processing. They then told me it would come in 4 days then they just told me it was lost. The customer service is rude. Said it would then take 1 month to get my contacts or 3 weeks to get a refund. You cant even speak to a supervisor. They are seriously awful. Do not waste your time please.
Ordered Tom Ford glasses with progressive lenses. Ordered on 12/19 and received 1-month later after multiple calls. Happy with my glasses but took way longer than I expected.
I got my contacts right away which was nice, but when it came to my sunglasses it was a different story. I wasnt told there was a delay in the sunglasses until I reached out two weeks after I placed the order. Then I received an email full of grammatical errors that made no sense. It would be great if your employees were proactive and not reactive to these types of situations. Setting the expectation and letting a customer know that theres a delay would have been helpful. Instead I had to take time out of my day to try and find out what was going on with my order.
I purchased two pairs of glasses through EZContacts and fell in love with only one pair. I had to return the second pair and EZcontacts made the return process very simple. It was a little old school that you had to print out a return form and fill it out to send back with the glasses but, if that was the only hangup (you also have to pay for return shipping), I would say I had an excellent experience. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
Side note: I wish online glasses companies would bring back try at home for free offers. (Like Warby Parker) Glasses.com used to offer it a few years ago and it made finding your perfect frames so easy and stress free.
I ordered some frames and lenses. It took well over a month to receive my order with no updates or explanation from the company. When I emailed customer service, I at first did not get a response. I then emailed a second time and finally got a response that the production department would be contacted. It still took a few weeks after that message for me to receive my product. The product is fine and just as I had expected; however, the communication lines were awful. I order my contacts through this company and havent had any trouble, so this was extremely disappointing.
Highly impressed with the excellent customer service I received. Pricing was very competitive. Thank you!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
