I began inquiring about my order after a month of waiting and learned that the lab never shipped it back. Once I called, steps were taken to expedite shipping.
Requested price match for the frame but still did not get any refund though it was approved initially
Service was good. But the invoice for purchase was not provided with the shipping which was needed to submit to the health insurance company for the reimbursement of the purchase. There was no return label in case of wrong item or defective item
Process took way to long. I was told they would ship at one point then was told they had to be made over when finally received a piece was missing. Likely will not be a return customer or recommend to a friend
I was so happy to find a pair of the glass I liked because I tried on the same pair but i got the wrong color and I haven't gotten them yet. Can you please see it they where shipped yet?
I love my new glasses and lenses. The whole process was done with excellency. I will definitely order from EZContacts again.
I had to kep after them to validate prescription and then contact them for shipping status. No apologies for not earning their money. 8 days now and still no tracking info. Requested cancellation of order and they ignored my request. Worthless
The item I purchased was out of stock and left pending for 10 days with no communication that there was an issue. When I finally called customer service for an ETA, they said they had no information and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I called back to cancel my order and they say it will take 3-5 days to credit my account, that the contacts I ordered are indefinitely on backorder. Will never purchase from here again.
Quality of glasses is great but the strength of lenses seems to be too low. No way to confirm but doesn't seem correct.
Lead time to get glasses was not clearly communicated on website. I expected 1 week max.

Ordered a year's worth of contacts, uploaded my prescription, paid for them. Two weeks later, my account still says pending prescription verification. I send an email asking why it's pending. No answer whatsoever. Another week goes by, I send another email. Still no answer. A week following that one, they CANCEL my order. No contact whatsoever. As of yet, no refund either. Stay away.
I ordered and paid on 12/24/17 and my order was delivered on 1/29/18. Shipping was super slow and this is my first order. I sent messages to customer service and it takes at least 48 hours for them to respond, and if you ask additional questions, they may never respond. Its not a one star because I actually received my glasses today and I love them..
I love my glasses I get compliment all the time. However, I waited a month to get my glasses when I was prompted to wait two business weeks. After that time I called customer service. The call dropped it I was hung up on and then I called back and the agent informed me that it was back order and they were waiting to get the glasses back from the manufacture. Thats fine but I feel that if I didnt call, I would have been waiting like a fool. And I had to call back a week later just to get an update. I would have appreciated if I was contacted via email at least just to get an update on what was going on with my order. However this experience made me not want to do business with the company. This was my first and last transaction with ezcontacts.
Took what seemed forever to process and ship if in a rush for your glasses save time and get them locally.
So easy to use, love the inbox outbox.It's clear and precise. Simple not cluttered or confusing I think my mom could use it.
Order was delivered very late. No communication from the company about the status of the order. I was on winter break and I thought I will recieve the order before I go back to school but the order was not delivered during the time period stated on the website
Super happy with my purchase. I was hesitant and worried due to bad reviews but that wasnt the case. I ordered contacts and glasses recieved shipping notifications for both. Contacts arrived in a week glasses two weeks which is great i thought there would be a delay due to holidays. NOPE! Very HAPPY CUSTOMER. THANK YOU EZCONTACTS!

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
